Excellent business. Their products are high quality and come in often, meaning more options for the customer. We had our stairs recarpeted with the perfect high-quality Luxor 2, for an amazing price! It is a stunning cosmetic change for the stairs, and the first thing we see when we walk into our home thanks to Suzanne and her amazing team. 5 stars for this fast and excellent carpet price and transformation for our stairs ?

Such a pleased costumer right here. Whitney was amazing. She is a good listener and really sees your vision. Scheduling was also easy and my installers were polite and efficient. Communication was great. Pricing was fair and explained. You rarely see your sales consultant again and Whitney had the opportunity to stop by same day to ensure the job was done well and I was a happy customer. The folks at Suzanne's did an outstanding job installing our new carpets.
Anthony was timely on the measure and very helpful with all questions and concerns.
The installers were very experienced and had the job wrapped up quickly and left the place looking great.
Excellent turn around time (two weeks!). I'll be using them again for my future flooring needs.
