My experience was nothing but wonderful! Leon worked with me extensively to find the right flooring for my needs. He expedited the delivery knowing I was on a time crunch and fit me into his schedule immediately. The installation is top quality and very attention-to-detail. This company CARES about the product they are installing and wants to get it right. Worth every penny. Sometimes it’s hard to find good honest work in South Florida and these guys are the real deal! Family owned and operated, multi-generational, customer-service oriented. And quality product only, and great selection. I could not be happier and will whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

They even re-did my baseboards with real wood! and they look amazing! Pictures to follow once my renovation is complete.

I don’t hand out 5-star reviews and these guys are a 12 star if I could give them that.

Great multi generation family owned local rug company! Low pressure sales, knowledgeable staff, quality carpet company.
The owner and son even did the installation themselves. I purchased a stair runner and large custom area rug. Both look great! Highly recommend this company.

I am 100% happy with the beautiful LVP floor that Surles Rug Company installed for me! I can’t tell the floor isn’t wood without touching it. 🙂 Surles is a family owned and operated local business, and from beginning to end, every part of the process with them went perfectly. Their office on Federal Highway in Delray has 100s (1000s?) of samples. Four days in a row, I was in and out of there with as many samples as I could carry, and Leon Surles (father) was friendly and helpful each time. I spoke with Leon (son) to schedule once I finalized my selection, and everything went as planned. Leon and his 2 sons (one of whom is also Leon!) did the installation. We were in and out for the first few days as they were working, and they were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up each day before they left. I was gone when they finished and Leon (son) sent me photos. When I got home,it was obvious that they had taken care in re-positioning furniture and decorations where they belonged. I realized that I wanted a change in something we hadn’t talked about,and Leon (son) came out quickly to change it for me. I also know that if I have any future problems, they will address it. Price-wise, they were competitive with the big box stores. This company gets my very highest recommendation, and I urge anyone looking at a new floor to check them out!

I highly recommend Surles Delray Rug Company. I have had work done by them in two of my homes. Great attitude and customer service. Always on the job promptly and with a smile. Most importantly, they do work just like they were doing it for their own home. No cutting corners, Excellent, quality work and craftsmanship. You absolutely, will not be disappointed.
