I do not post a bad review lightly. Cabinets for one bath and countertops, sinks, etc. for two baths were ordered in October for installation in beach condo in December. The quality for the cabinet is very good, but although the salesman came to the condo to "measure," he apparently did not realize that the existing cabinets were 18" rather than the standard 21" cabinets which they ordered. I have less than 1/4" clearance between the door opening and the cabinet top! In addition, the cabinet trim had to be addressed by my contractor to make the best of a bad situation. Mistakes happen, but most companies at least try to appease or calm down an unhappy customer. That did not happen, and in fact, I was told by Lane that I was "making too much of this" and was further told that 18" cabinets would have cost 25% more, and taken longer to come in. That info is "need to know" and MY CHOICE as to how to proceed as the cabinet did not need to be replaced -- I simply wanted the different configuration with the cabinet upgrade. I was able to cancel the second part of my order for the countertops, sinks, etc., and they did refund the existing overpayment promptly. And yes, I was able to find another vendor who measured and installed the new countertops and sinks within the one week timeline to complete my project prior to my annual long-term tenants' arrival on December 27.

This review relates to Absolute Granite ONLY. The bathtub tile portion of my project with PCB Surfaces was a delightful experience - start to finish.

Update: Wayne and Todd worked immediately on my issue when I visited the shop a few weeks ago and they were able to find me another suitable remnant that was actually a better quartz style that our previous order! The tabletop was completed in a relatively short amount of time and it was very clean and polished when I picked it up. Wayne and Todd are awesome at making sure this customer had a great customer experience at the end! Many thanks to both of them as they are both first class!

I recently bought a 34"x43: quartz table top that was at a great price as it was a remnant. The staff is friendly and I was flexible with the delay in getting the table top completed in about 4 weeks. When I picked up the tabletop, it was filthy and full of grit but looked like it was not damaged. After a few weeks, I finally got the pedestal table base to install the quartz table top which I cleaned but was unpleasantly surprised the surface was less than desirable quality as you can see from the pictures I am attaching. Cloudy patches all over middle and dark oval patch on one corner. Contacted SurfacesPCB and I sent pictures to sales, Todd Gebo, and hope he will escalate this defective workmanship and get back with me soon. I will certainly change my rating once I get a positive and punctual resolution to this issue as everyone deserves a chance to fix the problem.

I requested a specific granite and they delivered! I was on a time crunch and they delivered! I could not be home when they installed, and I was very pleased when I arrived! It was an outdoor kitchen, I didn’t even notice the seam that was needed! I highly recommend Surfaces for your granite needs! They also did inside my home in 2019 and did an awesome job! Wish there was another star as the people at Surfaces rank at the top regarding workmanship and delivering a better than promised product. My installer was painstaking in not only offsetting any imperfection in the granite but he labored to make sure the flow of the design was optimized...one simply could not ask for a better level of service. Thanks Mike for coordinating this. They even provided a bonus little granite cutting board. Great experience
