Rude night shift on some kind of weird power trip.. Lucious and Chelle to be exact.. refused me service after walking back out to my truck to get my ID (like Chelle asked) while standing in line the second time she sold a young kid tobacco by his date of birth only directly in front of me. So when Lucious got my tobacco again, I simply said oh u want my DOB or ID 🥴? I'm 37 by the way, this kid didnt look a day over 20.. and so he told me his name was Lucious and how about he just refuses service. What a minimum wage joke!

Rude staff, horrible management, especially David, Kelly ,and HR. Would not recommend, go to the circle K instead. Don't apply here, unless you want to be stressed out, constantly. And God forbid you make any human mistakes. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

they denied my purchase of a black and mild because my ID reads "not for real ID purposes". in 2024, why do we not know what this means? why is a business that focuses HEAVILY on verification of identification not up to date with what that means? I spoke to a clerk, the manager and then the manager called someone above them just to be told they can't accept it because it's not a real ID. are you guys not being trained? like I don't understand why this isn't common knowledge at a gas station. check any government official website to learn about what a real ID is and what the term "not for real ID purposes" means.

Pumps are fast, and the cashiers are pretty nice. I come here often cause it's convenient, but I'd probably be willing to go a little out of my way to go here.

Very poor customer service Katelyn and some other girl who refuse to give me her name was very unprofessional made me feel unwanted and I will not be back at that gas station ever again do not go there and waste your money I see why they have one star they lied about the hours of operation so I won't talk to the manager and they refused to give me corporate number shaking my head.
