Muy mala atención por parte de la persona que me prestó el servicio grosero maleducado no sabe atender el publi No debéis hacer ese trabajo nada recomendable aparte me mandó las sillas del color que no queria y toco pagar para cambiarlas

I had a great experience with this company. I called and got quotes over the phone then they texted me a contract and I asked lots of questions by text which made everything very easy. The equipment that they gave me was party tables, chairs, garbage cans, and linens for a small party I had in my backyard. They charged a small amount to do set up and tear down and delivery. I thought it was very economical and very easy to use this company. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend you use them in the future. I will be using them.

This company is easy to communicate with, they were helpful and professional. All the tables and chairs were delivered and picked up in a timely manner. They can accommodate small or large needs. Very polite and friendly employees.

I highly recommend sunrise party rental. I needed a tent last minute and they were at my house setting up a 20x20 with walls within hours. Super nice and reasonable price. Thank thank thank for coming through for us!!!

Thank you everyone for the honest reviews. I found them online and I was able to contact them. They gave me a quote after some time and the owner or manager was not polite at all. I asked for photos and asked questions and he told me the only way I can do business is if I do a downpayment. He clearly doesn’t know how to do business. Thankfully, I read all the reviews on time and didn’t proceed. I rather pay more and go for reliable business.

I was given a quote for A party I am hosting for friends. I was given a decent quote in a very reasonable time. I followed up with a message that I would be contacting them with payment and when I did contact them again to update the quote they were unable to tell me when they could deliver two tables and 16 chairs. I mentioned that I had a disability and that I needed to make arrangements for someone to help. I was told they could deliver between 6 and 8 AM which I mentioned was a time I was not able to get assistance. I decided to change the time of the dinner to later in the day to accommodate for more time for delivery. I thanked them for their patience and understanding and in return was given a text saying they were not going to help me. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that I waited too long to pay and that they no longer were available. How could that even be when they had just moments before hand sent me an updated quote? I was even open for delivery the day before my event.

Absolutely horrible service. Confirmed two days before event. Showed up day of event to pick up order and not only was my order not ready and set aside, but, it was locked up in a different storage unit that no one had a key to. When the key was finally located, they tried to give me a different color chair then previously requested. The chairs they wanted to give me, were a different color, stained and full of rust. Then, they told me they didn't have my rectangular tables and I could only get round tables. I already purchased rectangle tablecloths so this was not going to work. Plus, it was hours away from my event! I explained this to them and they told me to go get my tables and chairs somewhere else, they couldn't help me. They told me they'd give me a $0.50 discount per clean chair if I didn't want the rusty ones they planned on giving me. Long story short, they ended up giving me what I wanted and gave me my deposit back. I will never deal with this headache again and hope to save you the headache too.
