DO NOT RECOMMEND! Disgusting customer service! My fiance and I walked in after our trip to Whole Foods because we noticed Christmas displayed in windows. We are new to the area and wanted to check out what the store had to offer. They had opened maybe 30 min before we arrived and were the only ones in the area since it was so early. We were immediately greeted by an older lady and her entire demeanor was an absolute turn off! I absolutely love Christmas decor and just spent $500 at the At Home store 2 days prior. I thought the selection from what I did notice was pretty good but we were immediately turned off. We were rudely asked why we were there and what “exactly” we were looking for. We told the lady we just wanted to browse and her response to that was that it was store policy NOT to record or take photos when neither of us had phones out. She stood there staring at us while we looked around with a nasty grin on her face. I have no idea what this lady’s issue was but we couldn’t have been more appalled at her disgusting behavior! We left almost immediately. Could have been a paying customer but I have worked in customer service/retail management for 10+ years and I wouldn’t recommend spending a dime here. Pretty sure she was the owner and if she was not, the owner should be disgusted by the employee and/or managers behavior. Terrible customer service, for absolutely no reason, to strangers new to the area was a total disappointment and needs to be called out. If I could give 0 stars just based on first impressions I absolutely would!

Visited this store last Saturday June 24th 2023 and purchased a few items. Went back yesterday to inquire about another piece and was met by a rather rude and uninterested associate. Why have staff such as this one, in front of customers.
