I recently consulted with Stretch Audio in Sarasota about installing a rearview mirror dash cam combo for my RV. While we couldn’t move forward with the project due to my specific needs I was incredibly impressed by the level of effort and professionalism shown.

Stretch went above and beyond, researching options, reaching out to multiple companies, and genuinely trying to find a workable solution for my situation. Even though this particular project didn’t work out, I can confidently say that Stretch is thorough, dedicated, and highly professional.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Stretch Audio. I'm going to start off by saying Stretch is very friendly and takes the time to find out what your vision is for your audio system, and then he will work with you to make that vision come to life within your budget. He went the extra mile to compare and contrast products with me and answered any questions I had. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and takes pride in his work.

I had taken my car to three other shops in the past to have them work on the sound system. The result was wires cut where they shouldn't have been, among other very questionable decisions. Stretch went above and beyond to communicate to me what problems there were because of this, and how we planned to move forward and remedy them.

The install was very fast, and he went above and beyond! He mounted my amplifier to the floor with an extra piece of wood under the carpet to ensure it didn't slide around - where the previous installer couldn't be bothered. He managed wires that he didn't have to touch (my dashcam). He made sure not to reinstall the seat so that I could give my input on how to best tune the amplifier. He took the time to listen to different genres of music on my system when he was done so that he could balance out all the frequencies; and many more things. It's all of these seemingly small things that Stretch does that add up to a very pleasant customer experience.

And on top of all that, my car sounds 5x better than any other shop has been able to get it to, for less than I have spent elsewhere. it sounds AMAZING!!! I highly recommend Stretch Audio for any vehicle audio needs!

After buying a used truck, I found that the aftermarket stereo that was installed was an absolute mess, installed incorrectly, causing electrical issues, and non working.
