Loved my experience here at Stitch on Time. Ryan is very thorough, perfectionist and very experienced. He charged me very reasonable and made me feel very welcomed. He is very passionate in what he does and driven to give the best possible outcome for the customer. Rarely you get to meet a person like him. They do a lot of amazing work, you will see when you get inside the shop. Do try this place for your custom seat and cover needs. I got in and got out in couple hours. He was so nice to accommodate my request and get it done quickly amidst his busy schedule and work load. I am definitely going back in the future for more seat customization work.

Great experience and very satisfied with the quality of product and craftsmanship. For a custom medical grade memory foam seat, whether it is leather or vinyl, there is no better place. Brian made me a great custom leather seat with beautiful double stitching, several different types of foam density, which included a prostate pocket.

They can make any design you like and the sky is the limit on the leathers, vinyl, stitching and design. Very professional and quick turnaround time. Old fashion too, he made the seat without requesting money in advance, on a simple handshake.

The seat was very comfortable after he made it; however, I brought it back a couple of days later for a minor tweak that required a small change in the seating position. Brian again was very nice and took his time listening and allowing me to ride with some modification to try it out before putting the leather cover back on. Now I sit at a slightly different angle, the seat is perfect for my reach and height and very comfortable for long trips should I decide to take one.

I immediately tried it on a two and a half hour, 140 mile trip just to test the new position, and it was very comfortable. I highly recommend Stitch on time and Brian and his staff.

Outstanding customer service!!!
I wanted my stock touring seat custom made in a short amount of time and Brian assured me they could get it done. Went to the shop to discuss modifications, Brian went as far as to loan me a seat to put on to try out to check for comfort and shaping, then I met with Wayne for design plans, and let me tell you, he has SO much attention to detail that the average person wouldn't even notice, until he points it out. So I left the seat with them and within a cou.ple of days he sent me a picture of a design he had done and decided to go a different route, with all that they were still able to get me my seat back in a shorter time than expected. I picked my seat with my vehicle, not the bike,a nd all I can say is WOW, such an amazing job. Went home to install on the bike and notice all the craftsmanship and again attention to detail, beyond my expectations, that were very high. I then took a short half hour ride and it felt amazing.

This is the second seat that I have had customized by Brian. Not only did he do each seat expertly, his turnaround time was fantastic. On my second seat, he fabricated and installed a back rest which has absolutely changed my riding experience. I can now ride my 2008 Dyna wide glide as long as I want to, with no pain or discomfort at all. They are true professionals, who take pride in their work, and make sure you don’t leave until you are completely satisfied with their work product. I cannot recommend them enough. Great job!
