Had a great experience getting an oriental rug at Stickley. Ellen the sales associate was so patient and helpful in helping me find a rug in my price range. She and another associate went above and beyond to remove the rug from under heavy furniture and place it in my car so I could try it in my home ( a great perk) before buying it.

This show room is smaller than some. But, it is Stickley, American made furniture of the highest quality. It's a single style and the best of arts and crafts. Reasonable prices, but not cheap.

Yvonne was amazing to work with! Had an amazing shopping experience, no hovering, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the most comfortable couch I've ever sat in. Looking forward to my delivery and will definitely purchase from them again. Highly recommend!

*update* the pre sale customer service is amazing, however afterwards leaves a lot to be desired. My furniture was due in Mid-October and it is now more than a month late. I keep requesting an ETA so I can plan for delivery and disposal of my old furniture and request after request I keep getting the run around and no concrete answers. No apologies for the inconvenience either. For the price of this furniture and their claim to quality, I'm disappointed in their service. I should not have to chase down my furniture and have requests go unanswered when dealing with custome made product.
