Garfield and CJ were terrific to work with. The AC installation went smoothly and they did everything possible to keep me informed as to what they were doing and what they needed. I felt very comfortable having them work in my condo while I was home. And while they were working, the sales manager (Dylan) stopped by to make sure that everything was going to plan, so there was excellent job supervision as well. I forgot to mention that Sasha (the first technician to come out to assess the problem I was having with the old system) did a great job, too. And yesterday, Dario came out to finish some odds and ends and do the inspection. He, too, was efficient and pleasant to work with.

Chris is an excellent Tech. Polite and well spoken. Answered technical questions about the Compressor pressures with honest advice about age of unit. Addressed my concern about blower unit noise on start up, located dource of problem and even setup tech call later in day. Chris also seal taped the cover seams air handler because he thought it was extra efficiency. I would like to
make Chris my full time maintenance tech if possible.

I would highly recommend Stephen Denny, Inc. we’ve had experience with great service in the past and recently had a new A/C system installed. I met with Tim their Sales mgr and he spent a lot of time going over different manufacturers, efficiency, warranties, sound levels etc. I immediately felt comfortable with him (I’m in Sales and can spot crooks within a min). Tim is very honest and would give pros/cons from experience, which were validated from my research. We went with a 4 ton Train XV20i withe the Clean effects filter and the price was very good and has an outstanding warranty.

The install took about 5 hours and the Wilsone and Josh team did an outstanding job. The connections were clean and sturdy… they even installed the dryer filter inside next to the air-handler to keep out of the outside elements to last longer. The end result with fit and finish is Top notch. Great team!
