I have shopped at this store for over 5 years. The employees are all wonderful people and they really have upgraded the store.

Unfortunately the prices have really raised and as someone who shopped there because well.. I'm poor, it hurts my heart and my pockets to now shop there.

The last time I went I over heard the manager say something about checking prices on Ebay and matching those. I decided then, I will never go back. I find it ridiculous and greedy that they want to charge extra money because they think someone may get a good deal on something or try to resell it themselves. As someone who likes weird wacky things it's discouraging trying to buy something from a place that was given the items for FREE and they're charging like they're Target.

Over 5 years of shopping there and now I'm on to find a better place that actually care about the poor, if those places still exist

5 stars though for the women working behind the counter because they are great people

Update on my review. I decided to go today to check out some stuff and honestly their prices are blowing me out of the water. It's ridiculous that this is supposed to be a shop that helps the poor, at this point they're stealing from the poor. Get new management. The picture of the vase priced at $150, it's been there since the last time I went in.

Update 5/26/25 older lady at the front who argues with customers ran away when I walked up. Last time she actually followed me bothering me. Very strange store.

Update: was shopping in the middle of a major storm. Asked for $5 off a $25 foot massager and was told she'd rather not. This place needs help. Crystal is the managers name I beleive. I wonder if catholic values still run here? With the amount of "round up" money i give here every week I'm shocked.

I've shopped at this store everyday for 5 years. There was a core group of employees for many of those years who have all since been replaced. Unfortunately the replacements are cold and unwelcoming. There used to be a variety of deals here. Now it's 15 - 20 dollars for used shoes.

Old lady with the glasses in the front is loud and rude. She is disrespectful, and never stays quiet ever. She says she "doesn't care what these people think"

The old managers were great. They were welcoming and sweet. They understood the dynamic of the store and the people in the area. Richard in particular.

Now the manager and assistant managers are just there to drive profit. In a store that was plenty busy before and doing well.

Very sad to see my favorite store go downhill, but it's uncomfortable to go there now. Especially the one cashier lady with the glasses and very short hair. She is obnoxious with everyone and downright rude.

I miss this store.

This used to be my favorite thrift store but it's gotten so bad in the past 6 months. The new employees are rude, prices are so high that I don't even know when the last time I actually bought anything was, $150 for 3 inch figurines of the Beatles is insane for a thrift store, $75 for a VCR without the remote just to list a few things

Might want to stop calling it “St Vincent” if you’re going to charge $200 for scratched up furniture missing hardware. I donated used items and purchased from here for years and this is a slap in the face to the whole neighborhood, I recommend peppermint pig if you’re looking for a good thrift store with amazing people running it - Anywhere else but here is a good place to start though!

As soon as I went thru the door the girl behind the counter asked me what size dress do I wear and I didn't think anything about it and told her a size 6, she says oh let me show you some dresses for a dollar and something maybe 47 cents that are nice, she came out behind the counter and showed me a ugly suit size 10 and a little girls pink dress, that I wouldn't ever think of wearing, I am still wondering why and what was her point in doing this to me, I have been in this store plenty of times and I have never been treated like this, plus I never saw her working there before, what is up with her!

It's an okay location. Parking lot feels a little small and cramped. The restrooms and fitting rooms are all locked so you have to ask an employee to open them (I get that this is a loss prevention measure, but it's an inconvenience to most customers). The employee wasn't exactly eager to help, either. I had to ask 2-3 times for help. Keep an eye out for the day's sale tags and you might be able to get a good deal.

I used to come here every day. It’s gone downhill. Staff is rude and prices are ridiculous. They charge retail for a lot of items. What happened to this place?
