I dropped my pressure washer off in October. When the repair estimate came in, it was just below the cost of a new one ($280) I only approved the estimate because I knew the history of the equipment. It was rarely used and never mistreated. In November, this shop advised not only was the carburetor bad, but now the pump was bad. I refused to put any more money into this equipment. Any business with an ounce of integrity should have advised me that after spending the cost of a new pressure washer on repairs, there was no guarantee it would run. A responsible business should inform and advise their customers. So, I brought them a broken machine, spent $280 and left with a broken machine. Any business that is ok with that ….well you decide. Obviously, I will never go there again.

My response to the owner’s comments:
You are incorrect. I was never told additional testing was needed after the carburetor repair. Had I been told, I would have never approved the initial repairs. I absolutely did wait 86 days to pick up my machine. Paying to pick up a broken pressure washer after repairs were done was not a priority. I’m sure everyone reading this review will think you’re so kind for not charging me storage fees. So you really believe I would pay $280 repair and $430 storage ($710 total) for a $300 machine? You must be obtuse. You say “I took a chance.” I didn’t realize having your shop do repairs was so risky. I get it now. I’m amazed you are still in business.

My experience with Spring Hill Outdoor Power has been very disappointing. Initially, I was informed that when they picked up my mower, it would take 7 to 10 days to diagnose and repair it, depending on parts availability, which I found acceptable. However, I was caught off guard when they offered me the option to pay $60 to expedite the service and move ahead of others in line.

On day 10, I called to inquire about the status of my mower, and Jamie informed me that they had not yet looked at it and that they were actually two weeks behind schedule. This meant I could potentially be looking at a total wait time of 4 to 6 weeks, which is unacceptable given I was initially told it would take about 2 weeks.

To add insult to injury, they agreed to refund my deposit and pick-up fee. However, when the gentleman returned my mower, he handed me a receipt that included an additional charge of $123.60. I called Jamie to point out that I had been charged again instead of receiving my refund. She apologetically explained that she had likely been busy when processing the transactions. Then she stated that the refund would be $240, but I corrected her, indicating it should be $243.60. She responded that she could not refund the 3% credit card surcharge. I questioned why I should incur a second surcharge when my card had been charged twice.

Dropped off our mower that wouldn’t start on October 7. FINALLY got it back November 1. Took two weeks for them to even look at it to tell us what was wrong and of course the starter had to be ordered so we paid extra to have it overnighted on October 24. It apparently didn't arrive until October 28 then wasn’t installed until October 31. So if you literally have a month to wait on a repair this is the perfect place otherwise I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Did a really great job servicing my equipment that takes a serious beating from my business, fixed pole saws older saws news Comercial saws and few edgers and weed Wackers. Hope they don't get upset when I bring in the blowers jk. Thanks for your help much appreciated

The owner, Bob, was extremely helpful and knowledgable of all the equipment. Listened to what we were needing the equipment for and was able to guide us with making the proper purchase.

Shop sucks owner sucks ridiculous prices just unfriendly sad because there the only shop in springhill area. And believe me they know it they will tell you take your stuff to brooksville is what I was told by owner don’t worry sir will do thanks for nothing!

I gotta say every way i look this place. This place was just a true place of power... i felt like maby not bob the builder thinking he could do it... but i was alpha i was me jame the screwer. Who dosnt even have to think ill do it because fore i could id be done. Lighnigh looked at my soul and drew inspiration. The amount of power availiable shhhhh make thoes infinity stones look like some pink quarts. I could put my arm one way and know that im that guy now 🫡 i am the savior, i am the king....of the trees and they bow at the meer smell of the of sweat trippin from my neck, my back, my power, and my stacks. This pace not only changed my life. But it changed the world. For that. We slow down, grab the wall, then wiggle lie we tryin make dat apple sauce. Yerrrrr bing bong!! But fr great service great equiptmen and great buisness. 🫡 ✋️😊 good night to all to alll some fright ooohhoohhhoooooooo

They have my lawnmower for over 2 months for repair. . The parts still not in. I requested my mower back. I paid for pickup and delivery. They never called back.

To owner I appreciate your response. But I am still out of $120 for nothing. It is taken 2 week after i originally requested my mower back. I had to have someone mow my yard for 2 months. $300. A good business would not be charging me for delivery. I'm still waiting for the email that the mower is unrepairable.
I was told numerous times you would look for a new distributor. Rita finally found someone who had the part and they promised is would be in July 15. I even agreed to pay for the inflated price. A good business would have absorbed that cost. But you must need the extra money.

And did you offer to put the drive cable on. The part you did receive. The Drive cable. ( supposedly) so I did waste a $60 deposit for diagnostics. A partly repaired mower would have been good. A little communication would have went a long way.
So my frustration with you is valid.

Well Monday July 22 you said my mower would be delivered today. I said I would pay you ransom via check. Still no mower!
So glad the owner BOB " hates people " and it shows!
