Talia was fantastic to work with. She made my house look phenomenal -- far better than it ever did when I lived in it. The house went from listed to closed in 13 days, and a huge part of it was Talia's staging. Talia is amazing - she is very professional, talented, courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We are in the process of selling our home. She gave us the right advice - advising us to do only the necessary upgrades, she gave us the references to do the upgrades in a timely manner and then arranged to stage our home. After the staging, the house looks beautiful - and as a result, several people have come to see the house in a few days vs. hardly any showing in the prior 2 months. As a real estate agent, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Talia 4 years ago! Since that time, I have been using her for full staging of my listings and she never disappoints! From paint colors to the finished product, she has an amazing talent to be able to light up a space and make it warm and inviting for potential buyers.
For those of you agents that have no experience with staging, the buyer knows within the first 8 seconds of hitting your door if they like it or not! Considering that most cowboys work their entire career learning how to stay on a bucking bull for 8 seconds, I'd say that Talia is your best option hands down to wage war against this changing market.
I have incorporated staging into my P3 program which includes giving the buyers the perception of a lifestyle and therefore perceiving that it is worth more.
Plus, the average staged home sells for an average of 17% more.
