Spa Country has you covered! They have been our go-to shop for repairs and upgrades to our hot tub. They are incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond and will leave you feeling at ease about your hot tub. On top of that the entire staff is very kind whether you’re calling the office or working with the team in the field. Prices are better than most in town. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Austin and Stephanie sold us our Caldera Kauai Spa when we moved in to our new home. It has been flawless. The one time we needed guidance on an error message, Austin was here in a flash, fixed the problem and instructed us on operation all with his warm personality and extreme knowledge of his product. Great experience with Spa Country, purchase and installation went smooth. We have had our tub for about two years with no issues, until this past weekend. Austin and crew were on site same day I called and replaced the heat unit that day. I asked Austin what I owed and was surprised to find it was under warranty. Highly reccomend SPA Country!!!

Simply put, this is one of the best companies that I've worked with through the process of building and furnishing a home in Steamboat Springs. Austin and Stephanie are great, ALWAYS putting the customer first. Most recently, Austin made a special trip from Craig on a Saturday afternoon (on Christmas Eve!) to look at a problem with our hot tub heater that could have potentially resulted in a freeze and big problems. Install was smooth and professional, pricing is fair, and their service work is top notch. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new hot tub or service on existing!

My brand new hot tub was in a flood! I dropped in on Stephanie, she was so nice and caring. She sent Austin out the next day. He fixed us all up. After filling sandbags for 2 weeks, we really need a good soak. Thanks Spa country!!!
