We had a water heater pipe break in our garage on a Sunday and needed help. Called Southwest Restoration for help and they were recommended by our neighbors who used them several times and had great results. Ryan had a team out right away, removed wet and damaged things from garage and started blowers to dry out garage. After several days of drying, they removed drywall from ceiling and back wall that was damaged. They reinstalled drywall, retextured ceiling, painted garage walls and ceiling. They put everything back in place and it looks great. They were shorthanded and took a little longer than expected but the end results were like new. The whole crew was great, we had Don here most of time and he did a great job. I hope we won’t need their services anymore, but if we do will not hesitate to give them a call. They are the best. We found SW Restoration after being taken advantage of by an unnamed flooring company. We had LVP floors installed in our house 3 years ago and the unnamed flooring company installed them directly on our concrete slab without a moisture barrier. The result was buckling floors with black mold underneath them. They refused to own their mistake and help us in any reasonable way. That’s when we were blessed to find SW Restoration. They were so professional and helpful. Not only did they remove the old floor and remediate the mold, they even tried to salvage some of it to save us money. They did a beautiful job laying our new tile floors. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. This is a honest company that we highly recommend. We will use them again for future projects.

Josh and his wonderful team have been a light at the end of the tunnel during my home buying process. I bought my first house and he came to my home inspection so I’d know what to expect if I got this house.
He was able to schedule my work a month sooner which was great for me. Him and the team showed up on time on day 1, with great attitudes. As a first time homeowner, everything makes me nervous and Josh helped me with a lot of my questions unrelated to my crawl space which I really appreciate.
They ended up getting the work done faster than planned, and left the place clean and secured. All my concerns were addressed.
I didn’t get any other quotes for the work, because I immediately felt I could trust Josh. If I had found someone ti do the work for less money I would have to worry if they’re doing everything they said they would. I wanted peace of mind and I definitely have that. I had an engineer friend of mine look over the plans and he said this work should outlast my lifetime. Point being, I feel so confidant in the work they have done for me and the quality of that work. They are such a good team, so polite friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with many other things as a new homeowner. I’m so glad they were able to schedule me in and get this work done asap so I’ll be able to get my new house set up for Christmas. I feel I’ve been treated fairly and respectfully and I would recommend Josh to my closest family members and to the people in the world with full confidence they’d have the same experience I did.

I’m looking forward to enjoying my first house now that I don’t have to stress about the crawl space and I am so grateful to Josh and his team and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs this type of work done and I will be forever appreciative.

Hired this company to remove hardwood and tile as we are getting new flooring. The slab is a mess from the gouges they took out of it while removing. Other concrete contractors are in shock of how terrible they did. The workers used our bathrooms and left absolutely disgusting explosions on the back of our toilet bowls and did not bother to clean. They messed up one of the toilets removing the tile in the bathroom and then the toilet started leaking. We were not using this bathroom at all as we are remodeling it, and they had used it (see comment above about the explosion marks left). Owner said he would call a plumber to fix and then charged US to fix his workers mess! They also damaged our kitchen cabinets and we were told we would be charged for them to fix it. Damaged walls when removing the baseboard trim. Stapled dust barriers into our walls so there are holes in the wall from that. So beware. What kind of company doesn't repair the mistakes they made/caused? This one. Prices are exorbitant as well. As another person commented, do your due diligence before hiring this company. There are much better options out there.

After our home was devastated by Hurricane Ian, the staff at Southwest Restoration came in and did an amazing job. Ryan, Todd, Greg, the office staff and all of the workers were professional. Yami was amazing help with answering questions and guiding me through the insurance nightmare. Todd and his crew made sure that our home was clear of the mold and moisture. Ryan was always available auto answer questions and give advice when asked. The company was fair in pricing and sent us to local established outsources when needed. I felt 100% comfortable with the crews that were in my home during the 10-month process.
The finished product is fabulous! I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality I received from Southwest Restoration
