I made a purchase of an SG500 printer to sublimate and wrote for support because it did not arrive as I expected and no one responds to my support emails from the same day I received it. They say they are authorized distributors of Sawgrass and they are not. Too bad I didn't corroborate this before buying, I think it's a fraud! If they don't answer in 24 hours, I'll call my bank, I feel cheated. Check well before buying, even your prices are higher than authorized dealers.

Hice una compra de una impresora SG500 para sublimar y escribí por soporte porque no llegó como esperaba y nadie responde mis correos de soporte desde el mismo día que lo recibí. Ellos dicen que son distribuidores autorizados de Sawgrass y no es así. Lástima no haber corroborado esto antes de comprar, creo que es un fraude! Si en 24hrs más no responden voy a llamar a mi banco, me siento estafada. Verifiquen bien antes de comprar, incluso sus precios están más elevados que los distribuidores autorizados.

I’ve used a few companies out there to get my DNP RX1hs media and eventprinters/southtrend is the only company I will use now!
