Terrible experience. Sold broken stove. Was treated like a criminal when I wanted to return it. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me I “used his stove until one I liked more came in”. and that after I drove a hour to return it I would get “some sort of credit”. Does not stand by his word. Never was able to return it. Was told on 12/23 that my options to return the stove were on 12/26, 12/27 and 12/28. On 12/28 when I attempted to return it, he then informed me my last day to return it was 12/26. Then conveniently said “sorry your 30 days are up”. He should have never given me the option of three days and then go back on that. Of course the reply here will be “you had 30 days”. Extremely manipulative and nasty business practices. He knew from the beginning he wasn’t going to make it right. That’s why he treated me like he did and refused to tell me what the credit would be.

Great spot to pick up an appliance. We snagged a used dryer at a great price. Staff or owners (not sure if they are owners) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend ?

We are in the rental business and have had the occasion to replace appliances in some of our houses. The appliances we have bought from Southern Home Goods are high quality, very affordable, and there is an entire warehouse to choose from! On top of that, The customer service is the Best! We will always choose to take the drive to Hosford first when we have an appliance need!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Sold my family a stove right before thanksgiving that DID NOT work. When we tried to return it he gave us the option of Thursday, friday, and Saturday. on December 23. Then we comes Saturday and we go to return the stove that does not work he tells us that he will not refund it because Thursday was the last day we could. Purchase anything from here at your own risk. He will NOT make it right. I will not stop reporting this business here. oh yea and deleted his Facebook account because we posted the screenshots. Sad excuse of a man’s word and trash business.

this place is AMAZING i really love it i just bought a new house and bought all my appliances and tiles here it’s a great place and i love the new mattress i got from here the couple is very nice and the lady is GORGEOUS but really nice people and i love this place i will absolutely be coming back
