Took my truck in for cylinder two and a month later just now getting it some what fixed. Shop manger openly admitted it was missed diagnosed by their shop but now have to come out of pocket even more money to cover their negligence. Would not recommend this shop.update the so called new shop manger that supposedly had his on shop and brought his old mechanics have completely just said my truck is not important. The day after super bowl they call out and we're still without a truck. The responsibility of a manger is to make sure everything gets done and the customer is happy but not now he has done nothing but line his pockets even more regardless of the effect of my family and the families of the other ppl that work in that shop. Not sure why they brought the new manger in but clearly if his own shop went under then what do you think will happen bringing him! Not only him but others that was at his shop.

Have had our truck over 5 weeks and every day the diagnosis has changed from one thing to another, on 1/30/25 they said cam shafts were clean no damage and Monday (2/3/25) work for the lifters would begin and our truck ready by Wednesday. Today called me saying "now there's cam damage and fluid inside and damage to the cam". Do not take your vehicle there the place use to be amazing now last few months has gone to complete crap. Would rate lower than 1 star if possible .

We had a trailer tire disintegrate while heading to the Santa Fe for a paddle with my granddaughter. I made a couple of calls, but Southern Auto was the one who not only had the tire but could put it on our wheel right away. They squeezed us in. We had an amazing paddle!

My dad had his 2003 chrysler town and country towed to their shop. He tried everything he knew to regress the issue. He failed. These guys within 2 days found the problem and fixed it. Price was fair. No complaints. Thank you southren auto repair.

Great people. I was visiting family and noticed a drip pan/shield hanging down under my car, manager took a look, grabbed a mechanic and he fixed it in about 10 minutes. When asked, manager said no charge. How nice was that? I did tip the mechanic $20.

My son and I broke down on I75 in the late Friday afternoon. I had my truck towed to Southern Auto and they were so welcoming and helpful. They had my truck diagnosed immediately with a bad front bearing. There was quite a bit of damage and as a consequence and they got to work on it immediately. They had parts delivered within 10 minutes. Since it was so late in the day, I wasn’t sure if we would get home until maybe the next day or later. They worked well after closing time to get us on the road that evening. What dedication and customer service!!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!!
