Clint seemed like a nice enough guy at first, then the chaos ensued. The delivery date was pushed back 3 times for a refrigerator and microwave. My sister took the day off work to be there only to discover they couldn't arrive...again. I asked if they would install the microwave for gratis due to the hassle and lost wages...nope. When they called in the AM of the actual arrival she said, "Your washer and dryer will be there between 1-4". I told her we ordered a refrigerator and microwave. Oh, my mistake she said. An updated call from Clint: they'll be there by 3:30. They arrived at 5 pm. No literature came with appliances.
The only good thing is that the delivery guys were nice. Hope they can get jobs at a better company. Run...don't walk away from this place.

I have bought 3 appliances from South Bay. They have all the info to help you make a good decision for your remodeling, upgrade or timely replacement.the priceing is good and competitive. VINCENT was patient and provided great communication and updates. In a world of push a button and little to no customer service... South Bay Appliance is
a gem.

Clint from Southbay appliances is so rude and unprofessional. He decided to show up at my house to fix an issue that was not done when my new appliance was delivered and he was mad about it. He did not take any accountability for it not being completed and was so rude when he was asked about the problem. He broke something while he was working under the sink and did not apologize or offer to replace it. We will never do business here again, and you shouldn’t either.

Very professional and pride in their work. The technician that delivered the new oven was very informative, Jose Cardenas the technician and his associate that delivered the new oven are 5 ⭐ stars top notch. I highly recommend this company and its employees.

I did not end up buying anything from South Bay Appliance, but I have no doubt their customer service would be amazing if I did. I was looking for a replacement gas range for a unit in our apartment building. Unfortunately our building is in Los Feliz and was outside their delivery area. Clint was extremely helpful in guiding me to a closer appliance store that he knew would have what I was looking for. and did not rush to get off the phone with me once he knew I wasn't going to buy from them. Definitely would recommend them for anyone around the South Bay.

Very happy with our experience. Vincent worked with us to locate a refrigerator that would fit in our rental. And the delivery guys/installers were great too, they had to return a second time because of a problem with our water hookup, no problem and they were polite and professional. Recommended!

Wow! I’m in a pinch on a potential new home where the homeowner put in custom cabinets that won’t fit a standard fridge. Armed with measurements I came to South Bay Appliance after googling for a local appliance store, which I know is the BEST place to get your appliances. Well, Clint proved me to be right. This visit was really a consultation, and hey answered all my questions and gave me good information to continue my research at home.

No pressure to buy, no pressure for anything. Just good information and support.

I highly recommend this location for your appliance needs, and I look forward to purchasing from here whether or not this home purchase comes through in this wild escrow that I’m in.

My husband and I are really grateful to the South Bay Appliance staff. After several issues stemming from buying a washer/dryer from Home Depot, including a bad installation, South Bay Appliance was recommended as a place where we could go for advice on what to do next. The entire staff took the time to listen to what happened to us and offer suggestions based on their experiences. We're grateful for their time and what they told us, and we would recommend them for any appliance needs or questions.
