Terry was exceptionally courteous and a pleasure to deal with in making the appointment. Richard and Ryan arrived on time and addressed each issue. They simplified what was a complex arrangement of remote controls and put our surround sound system into perfect balance. Excellent company to work with and we will highly recommend to friends/neighbors!

If you want that movie theater sound in your home go to sound installation and design they have the most up-to-date and very impressive products around. Very helpful employees prices are a little bit high but you get what you pay for! and they have the best!! and their installation guys are very smart intelligent friendly and helpful and they know what they're doing. I recommend sound installation and design for your entertainment needs. 💯

After having a number of wonderful experiences with them for the past 4 years, they really dropped the ball this past time. It wasn’t me forgetting my password or changing it that was the problem as the business owner claims, it was my DVR sending out a false error that was causing me to be locked out of my account and system. I don’t think it’s ever okay, professional or appropriate for a business to pretend to be their customer to a manufacturer or at all. That’s the most I can say about this situation. Look elsewhere for your home entertainment needs.
