Took 3 attempts to deliver a very big (584L) fridge freezer to my small terraced house. Thanks to the delivery drivers, MINDE and FAISAL, they managed it 🙂 Product looks great and I paid a reasonable price for it. The customer service of the company was ver good to. Happy customer.

I will not be shopping anywhere else in the future, I've purchased a tv, cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer from sonic direct, from delivery guys to aftersales everyone was spot on.
Given plenty of notice for delivery times, I made 2 mistakes on my orders and sonic direct sorted both out for me very promptly. Nice to find a decent company again.

Great service from start to finish. The salesman was informative and not pushy. He gave me time to think about the options before completing the service. The delivery and fitting were undertaken with no fuss and with great professionalism. Brilliant recommendation from my friend. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them myself. I only wish I can remember the name of the staff member that helped us. My nan came in to order a new washer and dryer. My nan was very particular she wanted matching colors and preferably a dryer she didn't have to empty the water tank. The staff member helped us greatly even advising us of the use of condensers with waste water pipes as we were not aware they existed as heat pump dryers were not available in the color she wanted. The staff member advised that the deliver driver couldn't install dryer due to lack of training however the drivers did have training and installed it anyway saving me a trip and doing it myself. Spot on service from sonic as always

Brilliant customer services, brilliant delivery people. They even had to lift a washing machine up several sets of stairs for me and did it without complaint. They then installed it in record time.

Website says to call if you find the product cheaper. I called them as i had found a fridge for £279 delivered at ao, sonic price was £319. They couldn’t offer a better price. I have no problem that places do things cheaper but dont advertise saying that you can beat prices when you dont. Makes me think how bad there return policy would be if they lie before you even make a purchase. I think i dodged a bullet here.

The prices might be tempting but the after sales service is pants here, so just be aware if you do buy anything, you're pretty much left on your own re: warranty/guarantee and returns! And no one will get back to you despite promising that they will.

Great choice of products. Excellent prices, which were even cheaper with the "bundle" option they offer. Delivery was made the morning after ordering at no extra charge.
