Estas personas le roban a la gente hacen años ordene unos muebles y se desaparecieron tienen personas trabajando y vendiendo en offer up para seguir robando son cubanos esta tienda esta o estaba en little haiti te roban el dinero y te bloquean nunca se recibio cuidado con Frankie y los demas son un grupo salen anuncion en ft lauderdale cuidado con ellos espero q ese dinero q me robaron les haya servido para algo productivo pillos

Ok, ya que no quieres devolver el dinero, ni entregar los muebles que prometiste en una semana y ya llevamos esperando un mes. Tus estrellas van a seguir bajando. Recuerda son 380$ que tu dices que no alcanzan para nada. Un comentario por día te voy a ir dejando. Gracias.! PD: Ya no quiero los muebles. Quiero mi dinero.

Estafadores, irresponsables, no tienen palabra... me gustaría decir otras características de estos tipos pero no vale la pena seguir escribiendo. Voy a hacer lo posible legalmente por cerrar ese negocio.

Muy atentos pero el mueble de MALA CALIDAD tengo apenas 2 meses con el mueble y ya se hundió y todavía esperando que me den respuesta creo que perdí mi dinero

I ordered a sofa and table in October and was told it would take two weeks. Two weeks came and went and still no furniture. I gave it a month before complaining. Then I called and texted, but the owner would ignore me. He would text from different numbers then not respond. I literally had to visit the store multiple times.

I did not get my furniture until the last week of December and that was a nightmare. He would say he will deliver “tomorrow” but then never text me a time or to confirm. He eventually delivered it on his pick up trucks. I was told I would get a $150 refund and an accent chair for the inconvenience.

I waited and waited. No refund. So I went back to the store to complain and he had me pick out a color for the accent chair. I tried to ask for proof of a refund processing like a confirmation or something, but that wasn’t provided.

A month went by, no chair and no refund. So I went back again. The owner gave me $80 and said the rest of the refund is still processing and that I would get my chair soon.

It is August. I still don’t have the $70 or the chair. Also, the quality of the sofa is terrible. After one month, the seats of the sofa are sunk in.

I plan on reporting this business.

Scammers of the worst kind!! First of all, the quality of the furniture they have on display is not the same as the one they deliver. The fabric started ripping where the backrest meets the seat on the third day of use, and it makes loud sounds when you sit, move and get up. When we sit in the middle, we sit on the frame. It’s ridiculous.
However, the worst part was the experience with the employees. When we purchased the sofa, they told us it would be delivered within 3-7 days. It took them a month. We called them several times, most of which they never answered. When they did, they said things like they had some setbacks at the factory, or that they would call us back to give us an update, which never happened. A couple times, they told us the sofa was arriving in the next 3 days, which also didn’t happen. Almost 4 weeks after the purchase, we went to the store to confront them and ask for our money back. They told us they couldn’t give us the money because the sofa was ready already, so they would only refund 40% of the total. Can you believe that? We told them we would call the police, and the guy, who said he was the owner, said the police had been 3 times already there. He was used to have the police there because of similar complaints, but they were never forced to pay back to the customers by the police.He told us we were gonna spend more money in a lawyer than just accepting the sofa.
At the moment i was with my family for a few days and I didn’t want to keep ruining the holidays over this so i just waited for the sofa.
Terrible terrible experience. Do not be fooled by the low prices. They sell expensive furniture when you consider the quality. I can’t believe how they’re not out of business.
I give this review to avoid other people from going through what we went. It was very frustrating and angering and I don’t wish this to happen to anyone.

It took nearly two weeks for me to receive my sofa after being told it would ship out in 3-7 business days. I was not informed of different date until after I had to call repeatedly. The sofa finally arrives and the very next day it rips when my husband sat on it. We were told there is a two year warranty and that they would fix any damages. I am now waiting a week for a response even though I have called, texted, and sent pictures. I’m still waiting on the owner to get back to me. Honestly I just want a refund and I’ll rather sit on the floor.
