Very please with my purchase. But my son purchased a sectional (very expensive) and the warranty. Was told it would cover anything however their claim was denied. They got a new dig and it chewed holes in some of the sectional. They were not told there was limits and things that are not covered. I think they should receive a refund on the warranty or sectional. I have purchased several items from your store but considering this may be my last. Friends are saying the same. This is not right n their behalf. They were mislead and your warranty was made into a scam.

Ranson was very nice and helpful. He helped me match a rocker recliner with the sofa/chase and love seat I purchased. Even stayed past opening hours for me to get everything finalized!! Great service for sure! Will definitely refer people looking for furniture to choose Sofa City!

Rusty was very helpful in picking out our new sectional. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice, easy experience with no high pressure sales pitches. Nathan was easy to work with and helped me get set up with a Third Party delivery man, who even delivered it early upon my last minute request. Will definitely shop there again.

Nathan was super helpful without being invasive. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were also decent and the quality of the furniture is amazing. They also have a lot in stock, so you get your items quickly. If you can, the discount to pay without the financing is a big difference!
