Awesome service. Wife and I have back issues. They helped us figure out and understand what kind of mattress would support our need. Easy process. They're able to measure your pressure points causing discomfort by your old matress.

Delivery team was excellent as well. Professional and courteous. I recommend this company to anyone needing a new mattress.

While in the store the owner Matt was awesome and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Jake and Ray delivered our mattress and set everything up for us without issue. We had an old adjustable base and King mattress that we wanted to keep but move to the basement. Jake and Ray moved the old stuff downstairs for us without complaints. Update: it's now over three weeks after we paid cash for a very pricy mattress that was estimated to be delivered in two to three weeks, and they have not delivered, as promised, don't answer the phone and won't return calls. They have not called to update the status of our delivery. I think we have been more than patient but that's starting to run low. I'll be happy to update when I hear back AND we have delivery.

Delivery was completed without incident. The guys were super nice. I do question why we were told there were no delivery guys available when they told us that they did deliveries before and after ours.

My husband and I opened the door, and we were immediately greeted by a guy wearing blue silky pajamas. He was fantastic! I can't stand a hard sell environment, and that's what I was expecting when we walked in, but it wasn't that way at all. Dane really took the time to explain new technology, demonstrate it to us, and visit with us as humans along the way. We purchased our mattress here, and we're incredibly happy with our choice and how we were treated as customers. I hope I don't have to buy another mattress any time soon, but if I did, this is the place. I would recommend this place to anyone. Got a cool gummy bear bottle, too!!
