Ten years ago, I searched for a kitchen design and for real millwork shop, to provide new custom kitchen cabinets for my home. I located and visited with Smith Products in Palatka. To fast forward; I signed them up. Then from start through to completion, they did a totally phenomenal job and actually exceeded my high expectations.

A few days ago, ten years after their install; I started having a soft close issue with one lower cabinet drawer, that I couldn't diagnose. I called Smith Products to see if they might help me locate someone who could diagnose and fix on my dime. Todd reached out to me and said "we'll take care of that for you". I asked about how much it would cost me, if both the soft close tracks for the drawer had to be replaced. Todd said "Nothing. We'll take care of it for you". And that they did today; ten years after their original work was completed. I received a follow-up call from Todd this afternoon. All he wanted from me was to know if I was pleased with their repair work.

In my book, those folks at Smith Products are unusually great people; and very rare in this world today.

We have used smith kitchens on two different custom kitchens as well as other projects. Smith kitchens are absolutely great people to deal with. The owner Todd is super friendly and willing to accommodate any situation. You get what you pay for and smith kitchens delivers a great experience with an awesome product as well as friendly staff and knowledgeable installers. From someone who is very picky, they always delivered a great product. I highly recommend them to anyone doing a custom kitchen or any type of cabinetry.

About 17 years ago we had Smith Products install all new kitchen and bath cabinets, which we absolutely loved then and still do. Just recently we needed some adjusting to a couple of cabinets, upon calling them, within a day or so, they sent a professional young man, who adjusted some hinges. He came back a couple days later and replaced the hinges and a couple drawer pulls. We are going to have them replace all of them. I can't say enough how professional and the quality of work this business does. Anyone needing cabinets I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much Todd and Lee.

I built my house 21 years ago and had Smith products custom make my cabinets. I have been nothing but satisfied even up until last week I called them and asked a question about my cabinets and they offered to still come over and take a look at them for me. They have also in the past sent me free parts that have Failed. If anybody asked me who to get for cabinets, I always send them to Smith Products. They are without a doubt the best company that I have ever dealt with. And I’m an old guy.

Over the past few years, my husband and I have remodeled our kitchen, breakfast room, powder room, guest bathroom, and master bathroom with dressing suite using Smith cabinetry, and I cannot express how incredibly stunning their products looks in our home.

The unsung heroes are in the manufacturing side of the company. The cabinet makers and finishers are true craftsmen.

This team is absolutely amazing. The entire crew works together like a well oiled machine. Tawnya was so helpful deciding on design. The crew that came to tear out and install were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Todd was very gracious. I was on a very limited time schedule and they made it work! I would highly recommend this company for any project. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
