Pola is the man! Unfortunately I am pretty reckless with my phone and have to see him more often than I'd like, but every time I'm in for a repair he has my phone good as new in under 10 minutes. After shopping around prices to get my phone fixed, this place was the lowest in price and even offered to add a FREE screen protector when they completed the job. I went there today 10/28, was assisted by Pola (forgive me for messing up the spelling of your name) and my phone was fixed in less than 5 minutes!!! It was also a plus that the people working there were super cool and welcoming. They also buy phones, for those looking to make a few extra bucks! Based on what I witnessed today they have a loyal customer in me and the people i plan on referring over!

I was skeptical at first about getting my screen fixed outside of an authorized sprint store. I was tired of replacing the old phone every time I dropped it. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff, great price. Highly recommend anyone needing their screen fixed to come check this place out

I went to Smart Zone to get my phone fix and he did it on no time. You can actually sit and wait for it depending on if he is not back up. But he is extremely fast to be home aand no run around. Reasonable prices and I promise your items are in good hands.

Paola and Mike are great guys. Will repair your computer, tablet, laptop, or cell phone at great prices. They can't be beat. You'll pay so much more at uBreak weFix or one of the other chains. This place does quality work and very, very fair prices. Been using them 4/8 + years. My entire family has had countless items repaired. They never disappoint.

I'm very happy I chose Smart Zone to clean up my computers. They are very efficient and very friendly. They quoted me a price to clean up my computers. One computer especially had a lot of viruses and the other issues with charging. They did whatever took extra time and honored the price they quoted. They also told me if there are any further issues to just bring it back.

I had my screen replaced good price and very fast and nice tech. However 3 days later the screen wasn't working. I took it to my carrier since I had insurance and they said it was the defective screen. I called the smart zone and they told me they would have to send it out and would take a few days to see what was wrong but I would have to pay again. I had insurance on phone through my carrier so instead just had them trouble shoot the phone. Long story short I'm out 83$ And I have to pay a copay for my phone to be fixed anyways. I wish they would refund me but I'm sure they won't. Pay the extra 30$ to get screen repaired by apple at least they have a warranty on their screen. Already paid 183 out of pocket. Not the best experience from this place.
