Annie and I are extremely pleased with the service and advice we received when we remodeled the fireplace and built an entirely new chimney for the house.
Kira, Butch and Tyler were very involved throughout the remodel and returned two more times to double check that the fireplace was safe and the system worked as planned.

Malaika, Trevor and the whole team have been incredible to work with. Trust these folks with your business!

When we bought our home we inherited a spa that was purchased with smart enterprises. The moment I shared our address Malaika remembered the model and how long ago it was purchased. She took plenty of time to walk me through care instructions and ensure we had the proper chemicals.

Trevor helped us schedule a repair with Sean (also excellent to work with) aand remembered the electrician they sourced to install the original external power point for the hot tub and ensured our readings were in good shape with our new parts. He was so kind and persistent ensuring everything was scheduled and ordered expediently, helping us to get it all done.

This team goes above and beyond to provide great service, they are incredibly knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Take the time to drop in and see for yourself. I can't imagine going with another shop, much less ordering all online when you could have the peace of mind and work with this crew instead.
