Absolutely incredible experience! I had no idea to whom I could call or entrust the repair of a rather expensive motorized bed for which I had no information as it was gifted to me. Tom walked me through where to look on the bed and what to send (pics), and shortly thereafter, we scheduled an appointment. Tom arrived on time and was very professional in speaking to me and making every effort to diagnose the problem, which he did with remarkable expertise. I was very impressed with his knowledge, engineering expertise, technical skill, and explanation of all he was doing, which involved soldering some corroded pieces on the main box, and which I never thought he could accomplish on site in my condo. I now can operate the bed again after thinking it was a lost cause or would run me in the thousands. I can't speak highly enough about the experience and, upon perusing the brochure, I cannot believe the range of services available! What a fantastic smart find and 'Smart Choice' this was. (And no, I'm not related to anyone, lol). I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends. Honest, fair, experienced. No need to look elsewhere!

My remote control bed base stopped functioning. Glad it was in the flat position but then googled hoping to find a business that could repair the unit. After a few calls to the store and manufacturer I found Smart Choice Repair. They were very kind and returned my call. I made an appointment several weeks away but the technician called with a cancellation. He was wonderful and my bed is now working again!!

Tom of Smart Choice Repair Center repaired two white leather captain style kitchen chairs for us in December 2021! Tom did an EXCELLENT JOB! The chairs were done by a professional!
