Highly recommend this family owned business providing excellent customer service and great prices without aggressive sales tactics or upselling! I stopped by with my mom, a few minutes before they closed. They allowed us to browse at our leisure. Respectfully directed their questions to my elderly disability mom, the customer, instead of me. Patiently communicating with her via her written responses because of her speech disability. Asked what she was looking for and ultimately helped her decide between a more expensive vs less expensive option, recommending the least expensive one!! They provided delivery in days and went way above and beyond for delivery and set up. One of the owners accompanied the delivery guys and offered to help my mom with other heavy things that needed to be moved. He made sure she understood how to use the bed controls. He genuinely complemented her art work and landscaping, and he insisted I contact him if my mom had any problems with the bed. The husband and wife owners treated my mom like a precious family member. I get the sense that’s how they do business for all. Don’t use a big box bed & mattress store. This business has better prices and deserves our business. Customer service is not dead, it’s just harder to find.

I was in search for a full size bed and mattress for my mom. She was 2 weeks away from retiring and moving back home to Anaheim from AZ after my dad died of cancer a month before. I had called up two different furniture stores in Anaheim to confirm that they would be open on a Saturday due to limited operating hours from COVID19. When I showed up to both locations on Saturday, they were closed. Luckily I found Slumber N Serenity on Yelp and I was so grateful and relieved that they took one on one appointments even during COVID19. I was very concerned that my own mom had to sleep on the couch until the furniture industry figured out how to reopen during the pandemic. Stacy was able to set me up with an appointment that Saturday afternoon. When I went both Vince and Stacy were super professional but yet very genuine people which made me feel comfortable right away. I knew what I wanted and they did not try to upsell their merchandise at all. I was able to find the perfect bed and mattress in the style that my mom wanted. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the bed and mattress. They even delivered it for free, which was awesome! Stacy and her son delivered it to the house exactly on time, came in wearing the face masks and was able to assemble the bed in 30 min. My mom absolutely LOVED her bed frame and mattress. She said it's exactly what she wanted. I truly appreciated Vince, Stacy and her son's professionalism and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Slumber N Serenity for furniture and great service!

It finally happened. The thing that I dreaded. My mattress had officially died, and was now poking me with popped springs, to the point that I dreamt that I was getting stabbed. Luckily, my brother-in-law had positive experiences with Vince and Stacy. So, I made my way to their warehouse store to see what they could offer me. Vince first asked me what I was looking for, then made me lie down on all of the options. He explained the benefits of each and every one, until I could make a wise decision for myself. Vince’s knowledge and positive energy made me feel empowered and comfortable shopping with him. When the time came to get my new mattress and box spring, he delivered it himself! Vince even took away the old mattress and box spring for free. What started out as a miserable experience, became a wonderful encounter. I love my new mattress set, and I can assure you that it is literally the best that I have ever owned! Thank you, Vince and Stacy, for your guidance and help. I gladly recommend their business to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

They are very knowledgeable about mattress, super nice and patient. Price is very reasonable for the high quality mattress.
