This is the old slings versus the new slings. I'm very impressed with how the chairs turned out. We wanted to incorporate the chair frame with the siding on the house when choosing fabric, and I think we got it right.

Joe was very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time in the phone with me with respect to measuring and even installing the new slings. It took some time to receive my products, but it was worth the wait. Part of that was I had to send in one of my slings from the back of the chair for them to use as a pattern.

He even gave me tips on ordering replacement caps once my new slings were installed. My chairs are twenty years old and look fantastic.

I couldn't be more pleased. Order once from a company that gets it right the first time.

Buyer beware, I ordered & paid for 4 new replacement slings on Aug 31st 2023 (Order #5609), great conversation with Owner Joe Cooper shortly after to confirm details of the order. Have called multiple times and sent e-mails to support address. All calls (both numbers) go directly to VM and the mailbox is full. After nine (9) weeks, I can only assume the company is no longer in business. Working with credit card company to dispute original payment.

I wanted to share my experience with Sling Fab. I compared Sling Fab to other sling companies and found that their combination of quality, price and selection was superior to other sites. The “made in the USA” manufacturing was also important in my decision. The video on the website clearly shows the factors that Sling Fab uses to differentiate themselves from the competition.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Joe Cooper and he was tremendously helpful and exhibited a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I ordered several chair slings from Sling Fab and Joe patiently walked me through how to accurately measure my chairs to ensure a great outcome. In addition to helping me with the sales process, he was also insightful and providing tips on how to install the slings once they arrive.

It was really refreshing to do business with a company that cares about the customer and not just about the sale! I would highly recommend Sling Fab and I will certainly be a repeat customer!

Great experience. Top notch product. We had our 1995 vintage Winston furniture powder coated locally and with the new slings it looks like new furniture. Happy customer.

Terrible customer service. Fails to return emails or multiple calls after orders are taken. Joe Cooper is probably very helpful before he has secured your payment.

Order says still processing, will not reply to email or voicemail. Ordered 11/15/2023. The website is down, I guess they're out of business? Working with my credit company to get my money back.
