Me and my husband truly enjoyed the experience buying a mattress with Sleep Haven Bedding. The representative Mac ( not sure if he’s the staff or the owner) was very patient and generous! He taught us how to keep the warranty which neither the retailers nor the mattress stores had mentioned to us! He also offered some bonus that can really reduce the hassle on our end! I haven’t wrote a Google review for years, and I decided to write one to appreciate his thoughtfulness and generosity. Highly recommend their services!

Bought a futon and frame from Mac at Sleep Haven. The prices were reasonable, and he was able to deliver it the same day. Some bolts were missing (manufacturer error) and he called me back first thing the following day after I called him about it. I was able to get my futon assembled no problem and the mattress I bought works well with the frame.

While seemingly helpful and friendly, these guys are shady at best. I purchased a new mattress, and upon delivery I received a mattress clearly marked as a floor sample, with the serial number confirming it was a floor sample. The sales people originally refused to do anything about it, trying to convince me that it's of "higher quality because the manufacturer wants the best product as floor samples". Clearly this is not true. They further tried to convince me that the warranty would be 100% valid, something I confirmed to NOT be the case with the manufacturer., They refused to refund me my money. Ultimately, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, at which point they promised to mail me a check. When that check never arrived after two weeks, they claimed it was lost in the mail and had to reissue it, but first needed to wait a month to make sure it wasn't going to be delivered. Clearly B.S. to get me past the dispute time limit on the credit card. Ultimately the bank took care of it, and the money was refunded. But clearly these guys are full of it.

Ultimately I ordered the mattress straight from the manufacturer for a cheaper price than what they offered me.

We had a very pleasant experience at Sleep Haven. The salesmen (Mac) wasn't pushy but seemed quite knowledgeable. He even surprised us by saying that we could get a couple of plywood boards to put on top of our slats instead of a boxspring (how many salespeople will do that) - we still decided to go with boxspring since it was reasonably priced ($100).

He explained the difference between the Diamond Mattress memory foam and TempurPedic mattresses - some build quality, some advertising. We're trying the Diamond and he gave us a 90 day "exchange" if we don't like it.

We tried Mancini's down the street later to compare prices and they were much more aggressive and didn't have the Diamond line at all - their mattresses were 2-3x more expensive and felt very similar.

Double thumbs up ! For Mac. He is willing to give extra help to his customers, which I really appreciate. I have a second hand bunkbed that has missed its rods to put the bunkbed together. Mac found the right rods for me and my son and he helped us to put them together. He is a good guy indeed. Excellent service and good heart!

Very good value and prices and massive selection of many different types and manufacturers of mattresses. They do not let you return mattresses, but this is why costs are reasonable. A truly excellent selection of bed frames.
