In preparation for our order, we called for assistance unknowingly after their hours of operation for the day. We did not leave a message, but the very next day they called us back just asking what they could do to help us. WOW who does this anymore! The order process was easy. I've been looking for proper lighting for years to show off these pieces but quit after coming up with less than satisfactory options. After some recent interior changes, I searched again and to my delight, I was brought to this wonderful company that offered every possible solution. From online order to delivery to Canada was just under 2 weeks and I can't say enough good words to describe what an impact these lights have made ? . I had a couple of adjustment questions that Jordan answered immediately in an email.

Shipping was just under 2 weeks and I'm in Ontario, Canada. I absolutely love these plug-in picture lights. I got 4 for each painting (my paintings are 48"x 48"). They give off a beautiful light and with the remote, you can pick how bright you want the lights, and there is also a timer on the lights. Couldn't be happier with the quality and the aesthetics of these lights.

Incredible customer service AND a great product? Situ is fantastic. I was referred by an art gallery and they were correct, the product is fantastic. I had a tricky lighting situation and I called them on Monday and on Wednesday the light arrived. I was talked through what I might not like because I was illuminating a photo on glass and was given viable options to make it work. The lights I purchased several years ago are still going strong.
