This place is huge, We got there right before they were about to close and thankfully we were let in, couple hours later we had chosen what we wanted and made the purchase, everything was great when we need another couch we will definitely go there again.

Would give 0 stars if able to. Last time i was here i got good service and delivery. Paid full price cash and even gave the delivery guys 40 bucks each. This time thou came in to buy a dinette and was told they are booked till next week. Guess you all do so well you didn't need my 1200 dollars. Went somewhere else and got delivered within the hour. Sad part is guy was all to happy to turn me away?

Very low pressure place to shop for furniture. They had something very close to what we were looking for and Tim did some work and made it exactly what we wanted. We even got a better deal than we expected.
The delivery people were excellent.
Great experience and we will recommend Sims to everyone.

Just mived to Spring Hill and purchased a loveseat, 2 couches, a recliner and barrel chair. Looks nice will see how they hold up over time. Salespeople were not pushy and they were helpful. Delivery is a flat fee of $100. High for one piece , so have your selection made and buy everything on one order.

This was the best furniture purchase experience I've ever had! When I walked into the store, I was greeted by Tim. He was very knowledgeable and asked me what I was looking for. I wanted a couch and recliner. He showed me two styles and I just loved the second set he had shown me! I then asked him for 2 side tables and he took me around the store showing me which would match (his taste was better than mine!). When he wrote up the order he said i would have the furniture delivered in a week! Not 6 months like others told me!t was less than 30 minutes and I was out the door. E en the delivery went very smoothly! The guys were wonderful and even put my old stuff in the garage.thank you again for such a great experience from start to finish!

Purchased 2 chairs, they said 6 to 8 weeks. At 8 weeks they said they were ready but waiting for a full truck to bring them to FL. Now we are at 12 weeks and they are saying another 4 weeks!

They won't give a refund even though they cannot provide what we paid for! Absolute robbery.

A few delays are one thing, but DOUBLE the expected time is absolutely ridiculous!

They didn't used to be like this but boy did they go way down hill. Will never do business with these crooks again. Talk about taking advantage of people.

Lesson learned, if they don't have it in stock, don't buy it because they will not hold up their end of the sale.
