I'm sorry to say this, but the lady in the shipping office was extremely rude to me. She treated me poorly and seemed completely unbothered by how long I was waiting. To make matters worse, she was busy chatting with her coworkers the entire time, neglecting her responsibilities and leaving me waiting.

The worst place I've been, this is the first time I've met such rude people in the USA. the woman in the office is the rudest person I've ever met, if English is not your first language then you will have problems. she was happy and clapped her hands when she found out that I would have to wait for the download.

Loaded out of here today. Had a 12:30 appointment they started loading me right at 12:30. Good loaders had weight correct.

From east .pass sierra pacific and next right (north) turn into log yard and get mty ticket .and go back to shipper with all you're info .

Almost 5 stars. Lady at scale : Excellent ,Dispacher : excellent ,Forklift : excellent , tarping station: very good, Problem: little lady in little car with very big mouth. Shows up as she is going home shouting about rules that I had to turn around. She asked me if I read the sign. I said yes. She asked what did it say. I answered “EMPTY LUMBER TRUCKS”. She asked what kind of truck I had and I answered an EMPTY FLATBED. Apparently her mind had to go in to reboot or rewind (think she is from the rewind models) and said that today that’s not a flatbed it’s a lumber truck. Ok…. Then she stayed there a told me to turn around. I told her she needed to move because she was blocking my truck and went in to rewind for a while and left.
If is your first time there u don’t need a fortune teller.
1. Go to first entrance to the left as is u were coming from Redding, Go in to scale and get ticket from the lady.
2. Go out and turn left on the high way and go to next entrance. There go up the little dirt road and go via EMPTY LIMBER TRUCKS until u make it to little podi with stop sign. Get of and walk over to shipping with numbers and PPE. Do not go the way it says main office the little lady with the little car with big mouth could be around…..
