I've dealt with more than one Showplace store but the Upper Sandusky store ran by manager Jenn is by far the best one I've ever been to! All the people at that store, especially Jenn and Adam go above and beyond what their job entails. They are friendly, funny and very professional. I've had some problems in the past and they have helped me through more difficult situations than I can count. You can rely on them to help you through any situation that arises. The other stores I have been to are just out to get as much money from you as they can. If you have a problem their response is "Oh well, pay it or we are coming to get it"! Jenn's motto seems to be "Let's do everything we can to help them keep their things"! The Upper Sandusky store is without a doubt the place to go if you need just about anything. They selection is huge, larger than any other store I've been to, and everything is good quality. Obviously you're going to pay more for the merchandise but when you have no other option this is the place to go. Jenn is an amazing manager as well as a wonderful and caring person. She truly cares about her customers and I recommend going there to anyone who needs something they can't get in traditional ways. I'd give 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could!!!

I will make this short and sweet because the story is way too long to post. All I know is from the very beginning I walked into the parking lot to look at furniture I was greeted with kindness. Adam who works there asked me how I was doing and what I was looking for. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me what they had and we made a deal. I met the manager and I do believe her name was Jen whom was a delight. I met a couple other people who were very nice and very professional. I cannot say enough about the crew that works there. Sorry that I'm not keeping this short as I said I was going to do lol. I'm so pleased with what I received and how they worked so hard to help me when I was in need of furniture. You can buy things there straight out and not have to pay payments or you can pay payments. I chose to pay for mine up front and I love everything. I was able to get two pictures for my walls along with my couch with a chaise. Stop in and talk to them if you are in need of anything. They will work with you.

Jenni and Adam are very understanding all they ask is for customers to communicate with them Showplace Upper Sandusky seem to always have a good staff but Adam and Jenn are AWSOME I have been Renting/ Buying items there since the store open probably invested 30 k or more there GREAT JOB GUYS keep it up
