Honest review from a real customer. We were confident starting off with this business then everything fell apart once the project finally began with continuous problems. We were told by the designer during the install to stop telling them issues and that they will deal with it at the end, then never did. Over a year of trying to get the business to finish a job they have said they would finish but have not. Likely because they do not know how to fix something that we have been told is not fixable without another huge remodel.
We are left with cabinetry installation errors, interior cabinets not nailed together, installed defective & warped cabinets, damaged walls, cabinetry around appliances measured too large by designer leaving large gaps, new counters only installed with 5/8 overhang instead of 1.5 industry standard that we paid for, and more. Current quotes from local contractors are over $25,000 to put a band-aid on it as it is not repairable unless we ‘start over.’
As their job as a designer is to facilitate acceptable product and monitor the job, the designer only came out to pick up the (3) checks due. When we tried to get the designer to fix issues they were notified about early on, the owner instead teamed up with the rep for the cabinetry line to avoid the costs of replacing/fixing the remaining issues and said it ‘meets industry standards’. According to all the other contractors that have come out to help us, it does not.
They forced payment at ‘substantial completion’ and promised to finish the job, sent emails saying they were, then did not.
Due to their avoidance, the local contractors that have come out have confirmed:
1. Poor quality of cabinets provided by Showcase as the main issue and
2. Installation issues, where most of the cabinetry should not have been installed, or were installed incorrectly.
We are told ‘nothing will make us happy’ as the business’s response, and they have refused trying to get this resolved without legal measures.Will update this review with the outcome as we move along in the process.
To date, as of 6/2024, in response to our second demand letter as they refused to sign for the first, the business has recently stated that they will replace some of the defective cabinet doors that they installed, which is required in their contract, yet with no labor, as required in their contract. This is also under the conditions we sign their document that says we do not continue to share any of this on social media.
We are going on 2+ years of trying to get a kitchen remodel done with Showcase Kitchens and cannot understand how they are still in business. Will update as process unfolds.

We had an excellent experience working with Erica Caserta and Showcase Kitchens. It was a new build and we did the kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Erica is fun, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Her ideas and the selections available are fantastic for style, quality and value for the money. She is really focused on ensuring that you are thrilled with the result - we had chosen a kitchen sink and several weeks later Erica contacted me with the idea of changing to a similar sink with a couple of different style points that she thought would make it work even better. We took her suggestion and are thrilled with the result - she was right. She really goes the extra mile to ensure that you are happy. It was also super easy to work with Showcase Kitchens - the terms, contracts, payments, etc. are straightforward and reasonable. I would recommend to everyone. Not sure if we will be doing this type of work again, but, if we do, our first call will be to Erica and Showcase Kitchens.

Our Showcase Kitchen is probably a pretty modest scale compared to most large family kitchens, but it’s exactly perfect for two empty-nesters who have downsized, who cook a LOT and entertain casually several nights a week.
The project was within the budget we set out and was delivered on time to the day. It’s incredibly efficient and easy to keep clean. The design and colors are elegant in a low key way that fits with the broader interior design plan.
There were a lot of small decisions that on the whole added up to make this an attractive perfect working kitchen and storage for our lifestyle. It’s fantastic, many thanks to Erica and her team!

It has been a year since the completion of the work done for us by Showcase Kitchens. We are pleased to say the place looks as great now as the day it was completed and we continue to be completely pleased with the design, quality of products, and craftsmanship of the work. Vinnie and his crew really maximized our small kitchen. We now have a large amount of storage, great counter space, a bright working area, and beautiful cabinets, countertops, and island. Having never done a kitchen renovation before, Vinnie was excellent at both listening to our needs and concerns and explaining his ideas. Being now much more familiar with what a good kitchen layout looks like, it is surprising to see how poorly some other kitchens are done. We cannot recommend Vinnie and Showcase Kitchens highly enough.
