Jesse and Dan were fantastic. Old dryer removal and new dryer install went very smooth. They inspected the new dryer for damage prior to unloading it from the truck and they even cleaned dryer vent without me asking.

My husband and I bought our first house and we went to Shore in Groton for all new appliances. The house we bought had squatters living in it so we needed Full kitchen appliances and washer/dryer!
We worked with John to to write up a selection of what we wanted and he price matched the major box stores! Lilian helped us with warranty info and set us up with delivery and install! They were amazing!!!! Delivery guys were great as well- knowledgeable and careful!
Don’t go to Home Depot or Lowes!! Go to Shore !! 10/10

After the delivery of my new washer/dryer combo the dryer vent was popping off repeatedly. Dan & Jesse came out and not only reattached the vent securely but identified a potential problem with dryer vent line leading to the outside of the house which was getting clogged with lint. They worked from the inside, and then the outside to remove as much lint as possible, which substantially increased the airflow. Dan and Jesse went above and beyond to get this job done correctly. They also gave me some great tips on the whole dryer vent line that was currently in place. Great Job!!

My washer stopped working unfortunately and i went to lowes to purchase a new one but was not able to get any help from anyone in there

Stopped in here on my way home where I met david who was extremely helpful and showed me the differences of all the washer and dryers. David helped me find one that suited my needs and fit my budget and was able to set up delivery and take away my old washer and dryer.

I was worried that buying a washer and dryer would be a expensive annoying process but im so happy my wife and I met david. I will definitely be coming back when i buy a home.

It was a good experience. I did shop around and they have the same price as most places but their service fees are the best out of everyone that I looked into. The guys were nice and professional. I’m happy with my dishwasher so far. Would recommend them to people I know.
