I'm giving this store one star for the marked-down ready-to-eat deals they often have. They are also the only store to carry a generic version of a heartburn med I love, so this is the only reason I put myself through the experience of returning to this store and attempting to shop there about once every 2-3 months. What is the big problem? The inaccurate pricing; I often get ripped off. I have to check my receipt every single time and 9 times out of ten I have to visit the customer service desk for a refund of the overcharge. The "sales" are confusing and don't ring up, even if one takes on the challenge and tries to complete the tasks correctly. After loading the coupons one-by-one in the app (the same coupons every other store has...) and using my store card, they still don't work. It could as simple as "But 3lbs of X brand deli meat, get $10 off." Still didn't work. It is highly recommended to take photos of all your items price label on the shelf because almost EVERY time I visit, I'm overcharged. Last time I was charged $4.79 for buns labeled $3.59. The cashier has to adjust the price manually (if the customer catches it) and one of the items is then free, as per MA Law. If I don't catch it until after I pay, I have to visit the (very unfriendly...) cust service desk, at which there is always a line. On my last visit I was charged over $40 for chicken that should have cost $14. The math on the receipt made no sense. None. This has been going on for years, and I usually reach out to the store privately via Facebook messenger and let them know about the errors in the hope that they'll correct it for other customers. It appears that this the M.O. here: overcharge the customer and make more money. Yes, I've reported it to the AG's office as the same thing happens at the Gold Star Blvd location. See you in 60-90 days at the customer service desk! (The fourth photo is the front end manager hiding behind a display after he made me return to my car once for my receipt and a second time for the items I purchased, and when I returned a THIRD time to try to purchase the turkey on sale, he didn't want to face me after accusing me of lying about the purchase I made. What. a. peach.)

Wow! I am not from the area but ran in to pick up a few things while I waited for my daughter to get out of an appointment. Immediately, the store presents as clean, neat, and well organized. Aisles are plenty wide and makes for an easy shopping experience.

But I really have to rave about the staff who were so kind and went above and beyond!! The staff stocking shelves were all pleasant and took the time to greet each customer warmly. The woman working the self-checkout, helped with finding me a freezer bag to keep my meat and produce cold until I got home. The friendly security guard at the door offering a warm smile and greeting when entering and exiting the store. Even the young man collecting carriages from the parking lot who stopped in the middle of what he was doing to offer to assist an older woman with putting groceries in her car.

I will absolutely be back, this level of care and customer service is well worth the drive. Highly recommend!!
