The people were very friendly and helpful! We called ahead and they were able to tell us what they had and the price, then when we got there they had everything ready to load up for us. It was nice having people who genuinely care about their customers AND products!! We will be back for sure.

I'm shocked at the low ratings here. I have a hard time doing business with anyone else for furniture or appliances. The people here are so friendly and I've never once felt pressured to buy anything. They've let me leave at will and follow up with a phone call days later to gauge my interest. They not only provide free in town delivery, but also in home set up. We've purchased a dining room table and chairs and a bed for my daughter. Both were delivered and setup in our home the same day. We even changed our mind on the bed and decided to get a larger one. They came and disassembled the bed, loaded it and took it back at no extra charge. They delivered the new bed and assembled it as soon as it came in. I also carelessly broke one of the backs to a dining room chair a month after purchase. I called them and they got a new back from the manufacturer and they replaced it for me after it came in. Even pricing...I've seen the exact same rug at Ashley for $850 priced at $500 at Sexton. For the service and price, they just can't be beat. I'm calling again today to order another new bed from them. They're just fantastic people and help in any and every way they can and they go above and beyond in doing it.

We went in not really knowing what our options were after having looked at other big furniture outlets elsewhere. The family that owns it are really nice people, very helpful, and not pushy! We told them our budget, what we would like and what we were not okay with and she showed us our options! She gave us her opinion on what the better buy would be but ultimately let us guide the sale. She went through every payment option available with me and helped me find one I could manage! I highly recommend doing business here. Couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience!

I was in market for a dryer, my washer was about 2 year old, but ended up getting a new set. Sexton’s told me they would take my washer since it was so new and give me $250 for it once they sold it. Said they would be able to sell within a week-week and half. They delivered my new set same day, took my old set and after 5 months I have yet to receive my $250 from them. When I would call and question them about it, it was always some excuse. Then they couldn’t remember exactly which washer was mine, then quite conveniently, they claimed they did sell it but it didn’t work, but wasn’t for sure and would call me back. Mind you, I never had any problems with it and it was not even 2 yr old. Never heard back from them. Be aware if you trade in with them! If I could give them a zero stars, I would!!

After doing a ton of online bargain hunting and comparing I went to Sexton's on the recommendation of a coworker. I'm so glad I did!! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions. The delivery and set up was quick and the delivery guys showed me all the awesome features of my new washer and dryer. I will definitely go back for any future appliance or furniture needs!!

Love shopping local with people I know. Numerous visits to Sexton’s to look at furniture and they were so patient as I wandered from piece to piece. They were knowledgeable about the fabrics and construction of, and durability of the furniture. Furniture delivered the next day by the nicest guys. Absolutely LOVE my new sectional!
