Ray Swab helped with straight up information about brands, reliability, warranties, etc for all appliances in home. He has gone above and beyond in helping! The office staff has always been helpful and pleasant. To our last and also important step of delivery. Curtis and Troy are awesome!! They are on time courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend these guys. Be prepared for a better experience than we have been conditioned to expect from the big box/chain retailers! Thank you, well done.

It’s always nice to deal with a local, trusted merchant. The level of care and service cannot be matched by the big box stores. We have found Setzer Appliance to be very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Eddie delivered our appliance and was also very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Setzer for your appliance needs.

We shopped at Setzer's a few years back for another home remodel. We didn't proceed with the remodel so therefore we did not purchase at Setzer's. We are now remodeling our kitchen and had a great day at Setzer's. We purchased a range/oven and over the range microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. We were pleased with the brands and the models they had available for us to see. The salesman, Ray, who helped us did a good job in researching and answering our questions.
In comparing their products to products at big-box stores, their variety is at least comparable and their prices are equal to or better. The only thing that keeps us from a five-star score is the organization of the store and tidiness of their floor models. But then, we had the same issue with Lowe's and Home Depot.

We went there not knowing what to expect we are from out of State they were very pleasant to us and a lady named Michelle helped us. She was very helpful and explained things very well and when we come back and start the building of our new home we will definitely go there to get our granite. I bought a fridge and freezer from here about 6mo ago. They got me exactly what I wanted at a good price and had it delivered and installed. 6mo later the freezer has gone out, a quick call to Setzer's and they contacted the manufacturer for warranty repair and a local repair company for me who was able to come out the next day.

Just had my Peterson gas log fireplace serviced by Wesley and he was wonderful! He installed the new remote receiver and explained every aspect of how my fireplace works.

I cannot say enough about the quality of Setzer's -- From the wonderful help in scheduling the service, to the advice of Ray, to the actual service visit by Wesley! An all around great company to do business with!!

Despite some setbacks due to supply chain issues, we were very pleased. Setzer's is pretty much the only place in Ocala for high-end appliances. They have a knowledgeable sales team; Chip was patient with our repeated calls inquiring about the delivery date of our washer and dryer. The delivery and install team was outstanding.
