Products are very attractive.
They replaced a cracked product quickly.

On the other hand, their salespeople and manager seem very pleasant but messed up two orders. One was canceled by us and the other did not include an additional 5% discount on a large order. ($700 amount).

Lastly, they still have our name misspelled on our account.

Just be careful with the details.

What a very beautiful place this is! I have never been in a physical Serena and Lily designs shop and this was really fun to experience! It is beautifully decorated and the people who work there are very friendly and willing to help. We actually got a couple restaurant recommendations as well which was really nice! I love seeing all the artwork on the walls and was surprised to find out that Serena and Lily actually sell this artwork on their website! There’s lots of fun books to look at as well as pillows and other items that are fun to see in person. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking to design a new home in Florida!

Sincerely, the BEST company and location (Palm Beach!) to buy furniture from EVER. If you can - ask for Lori McInerney (although everyone on her team has been so helpful!!). She is an angel. We just moved to Florida from MN and had to furnish an empty house entirely. I felt so frustrated by the sales people at RH and Pottery Barn, who never followed-up and made me feel BAD if I didn't buy everything from them. When I met Lori at S&L for my initial appt- she was patient, understood my style and gave me many (but not too many) design options, and has helped me pick the PERFECT most gorgeous pieces for our new home. If you want an absolutely fabulous and stress-free time picking furniture - go here. The showroom is breathtaking and will make you swoon. Lori has always followed-up on any requests quickly and with a smile. Not to mention - Shipping has been SO fast on all items (where I am seeing MAJOR delays with other companies!). Thank you thank you!! I can't say enough!! I am a customer forever.

Beautiful store and shopping experience! Spiritt, our in store designer, helped us pick our couches, wallpaper and rug and suggested combinations we would not have considered- but loved! She created multiple virtual layouts of what we liked composed in our space. This made it much easier for my husband and I to actually make a decision! She also really cared that we were happy and we did not feel pressured to buy. I look forward to shopping with them again.

I am very upset about the customer service. They delivered me a bedding set without a mattress and I am waiting already 5 weeks and they still didn’t send it and don’t know the date of sending and delivery . The company didn’t inform about it!!!! I tried to cancel it, but they denied me! Manager Sasha and all company don’t try to help their clients, they don’t care about clients at all. So I have a car without wheels. I can’t use my bad without mattresse, so I need to buy a new one, pay money for it.
Don’t recommend this company to no one!!!!
