I have always been very doubtful whenever I see 5 star reviews of businesses, after multiple times being offered "discount" if I promise to write positive reviews on yelp/google (obviously I turned down all such offers). Now having worked with Keith on a project (close to its completion), I highly recommend Keith. He is patient, thorough, and detail-oriented. Before starting the project, he visited multiple times to make sure I had the right samples and he had all the correct measurements and so on. Due to some info uncovered at the late stage of the project, I had to change the entire order. Keith worked with me to tweak the design and update the order with great patience. Finally we encountered some critical issue after initial installation, Keith went above and beyond to find a good solution. More importantly, he never asked for a review. He is the role model that we wish every business owner is like.

This review is kinda different. We are in the process of remodeling our house and wanted to preserve the existing kitchen we have. Wanted to know if we can get add ons to the existing cabinets. I contacted Karman directly and Karman forwarded the request to Keith. I will not be exaggerating if I say Keith provided us the best customer support ever. I was upfront in telling him that I am just enquiring to see if we can refinish the existing and probably order add ons. Keith went ahead and found the prev order that our prev owners had placed, got the model and ordered a sample for us to test how much it was faded. Looking at the customer support, I will be shopping cabinets for rest of the house here!!
(Ours is 6 yrs old cabinests, and its as good as new)
