Brian serviced my AC unit today and he was absolutely great. He was very efficient, thorough, respectful and kind. He knew what he was doing, gave me tips and answered my questions on maintaining filter and temperatures. Senica was fantastic! We needed an emergency service and they came right out. The two gentlemen who can were super knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining everything to me and answering my many questions. They fixed the issue quickly. They also wore booties inside my home which is a big deal for me as we are a shoe free home for a plethora of reasons. I was truly impressed with Senica and I definitely think we’ve found our new AC company.

Technician was exceptionally will prepared and purformed a excellent inspection of my air conditioner. He gave us different suggestions to either repair and take take a chance other problems could happen adding more costs to unit due to being 11 years old or buy a new unit with great warranty and operate more efficiently. Highly recommend!

My technician was very helpful. No one ever showed me how to operate the thermostat in our new condo so it was helpful getting directions. Senica was able to come the same day I called with my heating system not working correctly. I was appreciative.
