We came from San Francisco, on our way to LA. We stayed here for the night, and it was magical. Really, the management is so nice, we came super late and they were still there… the room was great with comfortable beds and a nice terrace. There’s also a spa in here with a hot tub, free to use for all guests of the hotel. Overall, it’s an amazing hotel right off route 1.

I had a pet friendly room and the floors were a bit dirty and the room was a bit stuffy. I didn't have a pet but the location of the room was nice and the putting green was right outside my door. Very cool hotel and great restaurant as well. Would definitely stay again.

I live here and didn't stay at the resort. I golfed only. It is a fun and decently difficult 9 hole course. It is directly on the sandpit and the Questa Inlet. Lots of waterfowl, great views and fun people. It can get breezy, I usually have a hoodie on. Hubby golfs in Tee and shorts. Give it a shot, you'll have a fun time. A cute outdoor patio awaits at the 19th.

We had a family reunion planned at Sea Pines to bring everyone together to celebrate my mother who has been battling a serious illness, but at the last minute she was admitted to the ER. The hotel was AMAZING in how they handled our cancellation - so empathetic, even though it was a lot of rooms involved. We definitely want to try again because if the service and attention to detail is as good in person as it is over the phone, I'm sure we'll have a great time.

We live in Los Osos and have been going to the golf course for golf, lunch, and music on the green. The course is enjoyable, fun to play with some challenge, great when you don't have time for 18 holes. We have had lunch often there after playing. Food is good but sometimes average. The pulled pork had some hard pieces of pork. The crispy chicken on the large salad were pre-frozen with a lot of breading. The caprese sandwich was very average. The crab cake appetizer is a great deal (3 cakes). I liked the baja fish tacos. The fish and chips (big serving), onion rings can be greasy. Friend had the salmon salad with freshly grilled fish. That looked good. Burgers are good. Items that are likely cooked up fresh on the grill are your best bets. Service is good, friendly, sense of humor. The funniest event was watching a gull eat three leftover donut sized onion rings from table leftovers. I would give the cafe 5 stars if the food quality was a bit better. But, that won't stop me from enjoying the scene and eating with friends. Save your golf fee receipt for a dollar off your beer.|The golf course is a great deal with a membership (10% off proshop and restaurant, $35 a year that pays for itself) and a 10 play punch card for $15 rounds. Can't beat that. The condition of the greens has been variable in the past but in very decent shape now. The pro shop crew is very friendly.
