We just love the quality and selection of the unique furniture available at Scan Design. With the help of our sales consultant Michael Laut we have pretty much outfitted our entire home with Scan Design furniture and accessories. I referred to Michael as our sales consultant but he is actually an interior decorating expert. His knowledge about furniture is a great asset when as a customer you have a lot of questions. The delivery guys are always on time and they are very courteous and take good care when assembling the furniture. I'm so glad we found Michael and Scan Design and I know I will be back soon.

We had purchased a beautiful dining room table and chairs several years ago. Absolutely love the table, but the chairs were not holding up well unfortunately. When I reached out the store manager said they were no longer under warranty but that she would reach out to the regional manager to see what they could do. They ended up giving us a store credit towards new chairs which I greatly appreciated as they did not have to do this. I believe what a company does when things "go wrong" truly shows their commitment to customer service. Thank you Scan Design, I will be purchasing from you again in the future!

Great store - beautiful furniture. BUT be prepared to hand them full payment three days in advance of getting delivery. They use your money for that long while you are expected to sit and hope a satisfactory product is hopefully delivered. In my case, despite being told I would get a 2 hour advance notice phone call, it never came and they just showed up Unannounced.

Less than professional or satisfactory for a multiple location business. Child-like in fact. Be very careful. A nice shopping experience and product, and superior sales person experience destroyed by poor administrative management of cash flow.

Absolutely love this story. Carries the clean, contemporary designs I adore. Timeless style and high quality pieces that stand the test of time. Just picked up a chair and ottoman that is beautiful and comfortable, just what I was looking for but couldn’t find anyone who could even tell me the year I might get it.(Stressless style) I bought it for over a thousand less than other comparable pieces and left with it!! So very happy!! I will be back for a couch!!

Excellent show room and very knowledgeable staff. Real cool furniture - if you want innovation and excellent quality - this is the place. We had a very good experience - first stop in our shopping, ended up buying and was delivered with very professional crew - not a common experience with other purchases we have made with other firms.
