I have had several jobs handled by Sargents. A convertible car top, reupholstered two seats in the car and a seat in my husbands truck. This time they reupholstered the cushions in our boat and did a beautiful job. I have never been disappointed in their work or service. I highly recommend them for any work you want to have done.

I urge every active and retired military personnel in the Jacksonville area to patronize this company. The quality of the leather and the color matched the manufacturer's original color. They fixed my armrest in my truck and it looks brand new!! They were kind, helpful, and the best part was that their customer service allowed me to send them photos of my damaged armrest. They gave me a good estimate for repair from the photos, stood by it, and I saved $600!!!!

I just had my 2002 pick up truck and Sargent Upholstery Co. put a new headliner. They did a fantastic job. It’s looks amazing
There work has a 5 year warranty. The turnaround time was amazing. I would recommend for any type of upholstery needs on your car or your truck Sargent should be your first choice

Outstanding service. Had the seat cushion replaced on my X5. Ran into some complications with the airbag sensor but Josh went way beyond my expectations to make it right. Highly recommended!

I dropped off my car 6 weeks ago to get a quote to replace my convertible. It's been 6 weeks and I still don't have a quote and no one will give me any answers. This is the 1st negative review I've ever posted. Terrible service. Terrible communication. I just wanted to give them my business and they won't even get me a quote so I can do so. I got charged $160 for a quote i never got and no one has been able to give me any answers.

THREE STRIKES

1. Had them replace my Jeep headliner. It was done two days late and was awful! They redid it and it looked fine but fell off within two years.

2. Giving them a second chance, asked them to recover my motorcycle seat. They LOST it! It finally turned up after almost a month and they did an excellent job covering it!

3. Figuring three is the charm I took my van to have arm rests redone. The material does not match and something happened during panel removal to make the remote outside electric mirror adjustments stop working. They don't feel responsible and I'm on my own to get it fixed. Also failed to follow instructions about which arm rests to recover. Fail all around!

I'll never go back or recommend them to anyone!
