Andre is the man!. Our sofa wouldn't fit through the door. Andre and his team made it happen. Took the sofa apart and put it back together just like new. Would highly recommend Santome Upholstery!

We had a beautiful trunk passed down in our family. Andre agreed to fix the trunk for 400$. He took the trunk Sept 24th w/ a 200$ deposit. He said it would be done in 2 weeks. I followed up October 25th to see his progress. He replied it would be done next week. I continued to follow up & he kept saying it would be done soon. I finally explained 2 weeks before Thanksgiving we needed the trunk back for when my family came for the holiday. I kindly explained, if it wasn’t done, I would pick it up with the deposit back. I said, PLEASE DO NOT RUSH the job. He said it would be done! 2 days before Thanksgiving we followed up again. I then had my husband call. He told my husband I was lying, but all of the communications were documented in my text messages. So insulting & so shady! He finally brought the trunk to our home the night before Thanksgiving STILL wet, SMELLED of spray paint & the hardware COVERED in paint. I wanted to cry! This was a beautiful antique trunk ruined! He had the trunk for 2 months, then rushed the job & ruined it! My family was here when he dropped it off! The disappointment on their face was heartbreaking... he couldn’t possibly fix the damage that has been done!

Owner is unethical in his business practices. Unfortunately, I have to take him to court for misrepresentation of workmanship. It's not over.

In September of 2016, I ordered fabric to have a very eclectic Hitchcock Camelback sofa/loveseat refurbished, formerly owned by my deceased sister. It had very sentimental value. He knew this from the start. It's been two years. Nothing!

To add, Andres Santome Upholstery used incorrect fabric and delivered furniture while I was not at home...it took months for him to pickup; he had already been paid in full for specified fabric, the delay he cared less about. I trusted this guy. I literally had to notify authorities. He agreed to redo.

To date, he avoids my text and has sent me bogus responses with dates and times of delivery and work completion. I am outraged!
