Great scheduling and service! There was some work to be finished prior to Teague and Jon Paul installing our new gas stove that did not get done before they showed up.
They could have easily cancelled the installation but instead fixed what needed to get fixed. Our input was asked during the entire installation and we could not be happier with the results!

I highly recommend San Juan Hearth! I had two Jotul gas stoves that stopped working in the fall. (Another business I'd previously contacted had misdiagnosed the problem and another told me parts weren't available). Teague correctly diagnosed the problems after a thorough check. Then he ordered the parts and stayed in contact with the suppliers and me when the supply chain delays affected the order. As soon as the parts arrived, Teague made an extra effort to fit me into his schedule as it was December by the time parts finally arrived. Within a few hours, the stoves were fixed and working better than they ever have. Teague is very knowledgeable, professional, and the best person at serving clients I have met in many years. If you need help with repair or installation of stoves, Teague and San Juan Hearth are where you should go!

Just had Teige and his crew install a Regency 2700I fireplace insert and they did a fantastic job. Very happy with the finish product. You will need to have patience because these guys are busy, but its well worth the wait. They will go the extra mile to make sure it is right. Couldn't be happier!!

SUPER happy with this company!! They showed up the day that I called and fit me into their very busy schedule. They resolved the problem and were very nice to work with. Other companies in town ( I won't name names ) won't even call you back, let alone show up and they had me buy expensive parts that I didn't even need! Teague & John Paul are awesome!!!! 5 STARS

I recently purchased a mountain log lodge in the New Mexico Sangre de Cristo mountains. The lodge is very remote and difficult to get any work done. When we needed a new wood burning stove, a friend in Durango recommended Teague. Teague worked with us online to provide options and cost estimates. We were working on a tight schedule to get the work done before hunters showed up in early September. Teague went out of his way to get a rush order and then travel 4 hours one way to install the new stove. He went well above and beyond. Stove is beautiful and very functional. Appreciate all that you have done.

Endless Energy Systems, mainly it's owner Frank Waggoner, is as knowledgeable and dedicated to his specific industry as anyone I know. 15 years ago, I worked for Frank as a technician mainly installing wood stoves, gas fireplaces and solar hot water and electric. Frank diligently imparted his expertise to myself and my co-workers to do the best job, by the book and to always perform to above the common industry standard.

I see negative reviews on here, but none of them are regarding the quality of the work done or the pricing. A few people are complaining about some scheduling issues. Guess what, things do come up. I'd guess that there have been more than these three instances of scheduling conflicts and mishaps in the last 4 decades of service that Frank has provided, but isn't that to be expected.

All too often, it is the negative information that gets posted on the internet and that information can greatly affect the reputation of a business. Operating a business is no simple feat. I commend Frank and his business, Endless Energy Systems, for sticking with it for all these years and for being the guiding education and inspiration for me to start my own chimney service business. Without the knowledge that I got from Frank, I would not have started my business and if I had, I'd be another half-ashed chimney sweep out there among many under educated "professionals".
