Very professional, willing to deliver to our house 45 miles away. Machine is in perfect working order and they even fixed a small problem at no cost. Even the cat approves.

Bait and Switch. Total waste of time.

I go in with my wife to find an oven. We found one after over an hour of finalizing what we wanted. The sales person was really friendly and professional. He sends us to lady to check us out. She was acting really nervous and very disconnected.

The stove was listed for $2500. She handed me the invoice for $10,000. I asked if she selected the wrong stove. Then she admitted to the price being wrong and taking down the sign. Ok.. we immediately decided to leave. It was a rude response.

Why couldn’t they tell us instead of wasting our time. A simple, we made a mistake, and we would have found a different stove.

Do not waste your time.

Tony and his son along with Leslie and their helpful are great. Found a good deal on a used wall oven. Very clean product. Tested it before it went out. Between the 2 San Jose locations, there is s nice selection. Definitely fair business practices. I recommend them.

I'll keep this short and simple. If you're looking for affordable appliances for your home, this is THE spot. Fridges, washer, dryer, whatever it is, they have very affordable options and great service. This shop is a mom & pop kind of store and it's more than anyone could ask for. If you have trouble with your appliances, this store also provides maintenance services. Lesly will take care of you from A to Z. I WILL be back!

I waited almost a year to post a review because things started out a little rocky with my washer/dryer set and I wanted to see how they’d last with longer use.

I bought a used washer/dryer set, the service was great and they drove it up to my place and installed it for me. After they left, I noticed a hose on the back was missing for the steamer function on the dryer- no problem, they had someone come up with the part and install it for me within a couple days.

After that, the washer went out. This is all within the first couple weeks. I’m not sure exactly what happened to it but it wasn’t draining appropriately and they came and replaced the part.

All in all, the customer service was amazing and even though I had some issues with the machines initially, they fixed it right away and the machines have been running great since then. I’d go back to them if I needed another appliance.

? Excellent service from purchase to delivery. Tony was very helpful with my refrigerator purchase at the store. The delivery team texted 30 minutes prior to arrival and was very careful not to scratch my walls or hardwood floor while hauling away the old refrigerator and installing the new one. The refrigerator is in excellent condition with not even a scratch.?
