Salt Creek was good to work with. The furniture is good quality and very comfortable. It was a long wait for furniture production, but is to be expected for custom furniture. Overall good service and would purchase again from them.

I can’t say enough the outstanding customer support we received from Salt Creek furniture. Several years ago when SALT Creek opened in Scottsdale. My husband and I stumbled into his new store. It was beautiful unfortunately we didn’t need any furniture at that time, but we stood and talked to the owner for probably 45 minutes. We were impressed with him and the quality of his work . At that time, he was only making custom furniture. We always kept the store in the back of our mind knowing that the next time we needed to buy furniture it would be SALT Creek. When we retired in June, we went to salt Creek furniture to furnish our entire home. This is going to be our forever Furniture we wanted good quality furniture, we knew that SALT Creek was a place to go. We are very pleased with it. The fact that they deliver to Sierra Vista was amazing in itself . I highly recommend them. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. They have several stores throughout the Phoenix area. Jamie at the Gilbert store was amazing. He went above he went above and beyond customer service, to ensure that we were happy with all the furniture that we purchased. I would definitely recommend SALT Creek furniture.

We were shopping for a new kitchen table & chairs for our remodeled kitchen. After walking thru at least a dozen stores (I’m not kidding) and not being impressed by their selections, we walked into Salt Creek Furniture and found exactly what we wanted. No sales people following you around, no pressure to “buy today” - in other words, a place I highly recommend that sells beautiful furniture with a knowledgeable sales staff there to assist with your questions. Wonderful delivery team too!

Went in to look at bedroom sets, actually found one that I liked but the two people working there couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge me even though it was just me and a couple in the store. I was there for 10 minutes before leaving and was clearly interested as I was going through the binder that held the furniture collection.

Our salesperson, Garrett, provided us a very positive furniture shopping experience! He was patient, courteous, personable and knowledgeable about the furniture in the store and helped us choose the best leather color to fit our decorating color scheme. We'll definitely be back for other items for our new home.

The furniture was decent but over priced compared to places that I have been. My fiancee liked some pieces there, and I was ready to spend more to buy them for her. We were told that they had to be ordered and shipped from the Midwest, and it would take nine weeks to get. We weren’t in a hurry, so we figured we would wait the nine weeks. I found out later that information was a lie because the items are actually made here in Phoenix! We were ready to purchase these items until we were told that delivery would be ninety nine dollars. I thought high end furniture would come with free delivery but even if i had to pay no way would i pay so much. When i told the sales people that I was ready to buy but the delivery fee was too high, and asked them to work with me on it they replied to go pick it up myself. I told them i wouldn’t do that so they told me they couldnt help me. I told them i would have to keep looking around. Ninety nine dollars for two nightstands, a dresser and chest is way to much and I couldnt believe they would let a 2800$ sale walk out which they did! There isnt a white glove treatment as they called it with no set up on their part worth it in my opinion.
